Felt like a mistake to me. For one, Eva Karera is so hot it's a shame to get rid of her. For two, you get so little from Lisa Ann that it's a waste of a good model. And then Aletta Ocean looks too young for the role imo.

This was discussed much earlier in the thread, BR was having trouble finding suitable images and gifs of Eva Karera so originally had her transformed into Jasmine Jae. This met with almost universal disapproval so that was changed to Lisa Ann and Aletta Ocean

It's abvious there the story line stucks; so no doubt some discussions must have been gone through at the background. Rather the before&after bimbofication photos of same pornstars could be used. There are a lot actually. But rather a girl goes and a totally different one comes in place. At the beginning I even though that girl 'India Summer' got an implant irl and filmed new scenes or something, but this one turned out to be someone else too, Idk the name.

Not sure what your talking about, maybe a different model but not India Summer. There is almost zero content with her having any post work near any type of bimbofication.

I can get that. Using real porn has an obvious limitation in this game when it comes to the character's changing but I'm okay with that. It's more this particular transition doesn't work for me. I guess BR set the bar too high with Eva Karera. Aletta Ocean is pretty much mandatory for this game too, but maybe she could've been used better (maybe she will be in future updates).
On those lines, some of the later June scenes show Elsa Jean with implants and that's a wasted opportunity for the character in-game to get them.

Progress the other characters, your probably locked out because you haven't finished the stories enough to have them at that point.
