So, I also reached the " Invite people around to view your newly renovated building " part, and I'm stuck because I'm missing " Go to sleep to receive an e-mail from Stella. " in Charlottes questline and " Be at home to receive an e-mail from Erica. " in Ericas, I guess.
Edit: Ok, after skipping some weeks the renovation was finished and I was able to continue. Maybe it was mentioned when starting the renovations but certainly not in the quest log. Waiting for this, as well as for the 70k + 25k (at least there is a cheat) when buying + renovating is a needless grind.

Tiffany is not part of the Journal as just looked at mine in game and I have all 16 in Journal showing and no silhouettes
OK.
So what ishould do with this ?
" You need to progress with Tiffany's story in order to continue with June "
Can not remeber as not played it for a while but hopefully someone will be able to help
You must wait some time (4-5 weeks) to finish of rebuild.
Then in the morning you have option to Invite everyone.

I'm having the same issue, used to have sound, since the new release it seems to be gone.
Can someone tell me how to progress with Elaine? It says she needs to be more of an exhibitionist but i don't see her anywhere other then blc meetings.
She starts turning up at the exercise nights and that raises her exhibitionism.
Basically all HTML games work just fine on MAC, I recommend installing a browser that isn't Safari though.
