does anyone have a good cheat sheet for cheatengine? not to knowledgeable on using it myself and really want to get rid of the clothes (boots incl).

Not that I've noticed, only her belly and butt get bigger during "cumflation".
Im encountering a bug, sometimes and quite often when I activate a door my character gets stuck and I cannot control them. I beleive this is something to do with the character states. Is this a known issue and is there a way to fix this so I dont need to restart the level?
Usually, that happens when you button mash through the text box too quickly whenever you activate something, including doors. It's been a bug for a while and though I think the devs apparently addressed it in one of their past changelogs, I don't think it was fully fixed.
Of course, I could be wrong but your description of the bug seems like that's the problem. Unfortunately, there's nothing else to do but restart (I remember that bug vividly because I'd have to restart after sometimes playing a single level for an hour or so).

Unfortunately, you have to restart. Current method to avoid that bug is to take it slow when unlocking doors. Allow at least a full second in between the two button presses involved in unlocking doors/gates.
Even then it will STILL happen sometimes. The most often spot for me was always the manor gate. But it's less often than before.
I managed to get around this by hugging the thing im about to activate, getting my character touching it before activating, this seems to work more often than not
Kill the smaller plant things and at certain points the boss will have glowing eyes to shoot. You have to do this 5 or 6 times to kill it. The room will turn red when you're on the last time.
Sure, but even in that event it would be easier to switch out the female protag with a male protag and run with the already existent male zombie animations (at least in it's current state). Than create new female zombie animations for both.

I get ya. It just gonna take a little more effort to re-rig the position and mesh of M-to-M animation and such.
But maybe I'm just being worried for nothing since we can't see the finish/release date anyway, what a couple more months or years be any matter, might as well wait it out, I guess?
But all that is based on them swinging into homo genre and all, see the majority of their approach and works so far are all hetero, not sure if I missed any futa among those works tho, are they making any futa at some point?
Still, futa would still be mostly female-based and girl-love which involves no male-gay. Something most straight people would still enjoy to. Chance that they include male homo are rather slim to nothing, just my speculation tho. They can always make a switch option to turn some stuff off.
All theirs, let's wait till that day what approach they would take for a playable male cast.

Yes "Real Life Sunbay" started out to be a promising 3d Unreal Engine Sim in a costal area/bay city (like Vice City) with rather good graphics and animations, where you could play as a female protagonist strolling through the city. Somehow on the way through development the main char was changed into a male and the female model was gone. Now I think you can play both?

Should that really be enough for us to be worried about this game? Has the dev posted something hinting at a switch to male protagonist? Or just general paranoia?
its just paranoia the dev only said (from what i know) that they will eventualy add male protag (male and female)
Still in line with being RE inspired so it doesn't sound bad to me. But does that mean female zombies too? Interesting.
