Nope just the usual zombies, big zombies and dogs.
I had to watch a video to find out how to get the last of the four medallions to progress. The ending was different as in the final area you're stuck in a large open area outside in very heavy rain and the zombies start pouring in until you kinda get a horde of them after a while. I thought it would've been a good area for a boss fight but it turns out, you have to let Julia die and then she wakes up from the nightmare (dunno if getting caught by the big zombies for their rape scenes works). The waking up is a nice cutscene (granted Julia has her default look over what you've picked for her).
I think the soldiers are either a hint for the actual game or a set up for the game.
Edit. Can confirm, getting grabbed by the big guys still triggers the ending. Dunno if you can get GOR by the regular zombies or dogs.

Dude she looks like a fuckin crack whore now what happened??? Her face is fucked up big time.
Not the words I was thinking but yeah, the model really needs an update. I have been saying it before and will say it again: they should model
Not saying the sculpting of her face is perfect. Eyes and mouth are a bit too narrowed on the outer sides, lips a bit too puffy and should probably be widened just a bit.
But I've noticed character models in UE5 all look weird. Not sure if it's the aliasing in the customize menus (especially with hair) or if it's because skin tones are always... plastic-y looking like Fortnite or Saint's Row. Maybe both. There's something else I can't really describe, maybe an uncanny effect because environments and lighting can look really great but then you see these... plastic PS2 cartoon characters in them and it just doesn't look right. Every UE5 game so far. Something really weird with it compared to UE4.

Let's REALLY hope they're gonna do something about the model... Ignore the face for a sec but check how bad the rest of the body is, tits look saggy as fuck and the thighs / butt don't look as soft and thicc anymore, a tremendous loss.
Now that you mention that, the 'Claire' model definitely has some delicious cake on her. Let us all pray that she gets to keep her soft massive fluffy sausage buns.

Let's indeed hope that this model is WIP WIP because if this is what the character will look like then even the zombies would probably skip interacting with her.
But from looking at all the options in the character menu it does seem like there are sliders for hips and breasts, so let's hope that those sliders are for the body.
I mean just to replace the player model with somebody else.
Does anyone know else have to wait like a super long time too load the levels when you start to actually play the game? And is there anything I could do to speed it up? And is this a common problem?

Doesn't really take too long for me. A few seconds or so for the first load which is the weapons upgrade and another few seconds afterwards to get into the game.
Might be your PC or graphics card.
I do like the initial demonstration of customization but I agree... she was... hard to look at, from the waist up at least, lol.
