Yes, to make the belly bigger is a great idea. But I would like it to become bigger only from the semen of the dogs. Dx11 was released in 2009 and superceded by Dx12 in 2015. If your hardware is that old it doesn't support 11 year old API, it would have no chance of running it at anything remotely playable anyways.

It would be great if the belly could fill up even more with semen, that it could grow to the point where it would make you a game over for it. That there were also more variety of enemies not just zombies like mutants and that, and being able to see a deformation like the animations of BTQ of Animopron.

Sorry if this was asked before, but is there a way to have custom outfits in mission 2, 3 and 4? Whenever I make a custom outfit for Jill, it wouldn't load upon selecting the aforementioned missions. The textures I want only appear in mission 1 (I'm using the save on page 79 btw).

I have an AMD RadeonHD 5450 2gb, i3 3220 and 4gb of ram on windows 10 so i dont thinks my potato is that old (forgive me for my bad english)

I have Ryzen 7 2700, RTX 2070, 16GB of RAM and get laggy on some places :/

ps: if you have a dual gpu (with integrated gpu), Disable from bios the one you prefer.

(although Intel HD Graphics, are not recommended with Unreal Engine)

The HD5450 is a DX11.2 videocard, so I would of expected it to try and load, but, this game and most Unreal based games, especially unoptimized in progress games have heavy demands and thats a very weak GPU so would be a slide show.

That video card is atrocious. You might want to consider an upgrade.
