is that 0.3 version avalible somewhere to check up? i assume the gif is from it, no?

i just remembered that you can download other versions on lewdzone here direct link to site "chose Version" option on right
Any way to get the fantasy cards for these versions?

Hello everyone!

Time for a new report.

If the previous one, was a “Part 2” this would be a “Part 3” for the revamped enemies. Remember how many body-types I mentioned we added for them?

Well, now get the more than hundred and a half animations a single average Infected had in the Arena and multiply by those many body-types

Good part has been that for the enemies the Unreal Engine auto-Retargeter worked pretty decently, otherwise this could have taken years .

Anyways, those animations are now “ported” to the new enemies. They look decent, but I’d like them to be better, but that’s not a priority right now, maybe in the future.

After converting all the animations, the next step was to swap the old enemies with the new ones. This bought a lot of errors here and there. After fixing them all, I took an extra step and created a parametrized random enemy generator, to give them random looks (including bodies, faces, anims, clothes, shaders, etc.)

Enemies are basically ready now, except for the clothes’ materials/textures, which is the next step.

In the screenshots, you can take a look at some randomly generated enemies. (Who could say they have like half the polygons from the old Arena Infected? )

And that’s going to do it for this report.

And now, time to get back to dying in here working without fresh air (yeah, still waiting to get that fixed, they’re laughing at us )!

(Yes, ^ that is a copy paste from the previous report, and is still fucking valid. We’re still waiting…)

Thx!!!! The enemies really do look more fearsome. I like what I see. The only bad thing is that it seems the first chapter of the game won't be released this year. x'D

You have to remember that they ran away from ULMF for people giving them "harsh" criticism lmao, they aren't going to ever do anything intelligent.

As neat as these reports are, I'm wondering how much is left before they start releasing playable slices of this "campaign" mode.
Do we have any sorta Roadmap or other marker to gauge their progress on the game? Or is it sorta
"Hey we've done this so far" with no expected end date?

Animations does not necessarily mean porn animations. It means any animation. Would you rather they prioritize touching up ported animations that look ok or would you rather they make more content and then go back and polish up older animations? If anything the shift from focusing on nitpicking on little things like animation polish to other things shows that they've gotten their priorities a bit more in shape.

No absolutely, I think the XXX should be the primary focus by this point, too.

I get that they say they want to be more definite with the main game than the arena, but there's going to be bugs, there's going to be new versions and revisions to things anyway. It's pretty much unavoidable, unless they would leave issues unfixed which thankfully, they've always been good with response to bug reports, so I doubt that.

So the game would be 'Live-service' in the sense of things either being rebalanced, new content added (which is going to happen as each version will be a new 'chapter') old/newly found bugs being patched etc.... it's been the 'norm' for a long time and would be product suicide without it.

I guess to avoid spoilers/leaks or whatever by not having anything playable in-between, but that too is going to happen no matter what. There's no combating it. It's no solution, just a bad look especially as time goes on.

I happened to remember about that game just now and decided to check up on updates and I see last comments. So there are no new playable versions with noticebale updates?

Sadly not yet. I'm personally thinking and hoping by the end of the year (hopefully at the latest) or at least before Requiem releases in February, going by how far along it looks with the updates.

Oh it's a pity but considering frequency of previous updates not surprising. And what is Requiem that you mentioned?
