I had the same thing because I had the 0.1.1
When I downloaded the 0.1.2 it worked fine
**Stat and skill spoilers ahead**
As for skills:
After the character generator only books for skills can be obtained at this point in the game. So the only exclusive things there are attributes as strenght, dex and so on.
Every saturday there is a lady in the brothel at the second floor selling skill manuals. Otherwise they are a rare loot in chests.
The ones I found that can be obtained by quests or teachers are:
-Alchemy from late chief quest
-Mining and Smithing from two different people in the mine. One in the first room is mining the one up at the anvil is smithing. They need money and 100 crafting xp.
-Athletics, the skill for fighting, is from the prison tower in the south east part of town on the second or third floor, a goblin wants 10 honey, which is dropped by the bees rarely or harvested once you build the bridge.
-Guile is from catching a thief and giving him to a goblin or the brothel
-I have a theory about magic is learned from cathing the wizard, but so far he killed me every time I tried.
As for the crafting tables, the merchant goblin sometimes sell them. A trick I did was save before talking to her on a given day, where I had the money and just checked, skipped and reloaded until she had them. I know that is some shameful savescumming...

Hm, really looks like those crashes happen randomly. Oh well, as long as i only have to try again and not get a save file fucked forever i can deal with it until it gets fixed.

She is in the house just before you enter the screen with your own house. I overlooked it for a long time as well, the door is not super obvious.
how do you make money, i know you can sell your self, but i having a hard time meeting the requirement.

Personally I can't help but be disappointed that everything in this game is optional, literally the player has to make everything, even the main fetish requires the player input.
That the creator wants to be able to give the player the option of a virgin run... it kind of disappointed me greatly.

What is wrong in offering a game that doesn't force you into something? Sometimes i encounter games with a few things i like but often have to pass stuff first that i don't like. Having a chance to avoid the unwanted stuff is very nice imo. Ofc it won't work if the game falls apart by having zero story cuz you might skip the stuff that wants to deliver it to you.
So i solved Saffron's two quests and now she tells me i have to impress the goblins more. I'm at 143 reputation with the goblins but i assume getting more won't change it. Is there more with Saffron (looking at the picture in the OP again, seeing the sex stats with her) or is that not a thing yet?
