Ranking up is not in the game yet. You can improve your skills and get more mana/endurance and vitality but for now serving the head ladies of each race is all you can do as the queens servant.^^
Next thing to do would be to enter the forest to the west and look for another person who needs help.

There was a large update (0.1.6) less than a month ago and a follow up small Patreon update less than a week ago.

Ah, sorry, I misinterpreted, I thought maybe you missed the 0.1.6 update. The Patreon version doesn't have that much on the Public build, it's mostly testing experimental features like the Search function in Item menu and the addition of Pregnancy to Aria.
I plan to make that version public in about 2 weeks and going to add a few things to it when it's released to the public.

Thanks, mind you I do plan supporting games with good femdom content as soon as I will be able to. It may take some time, I guess, but I will surely do so. I enjoy this game too for the same reason. so The game is not heavily plot why tear coming down when read please say this some plot i need story or how can i play till the end choose that change the outcome like say am i evil or good after losing my soul this will be base off choose i made and say for end about 5. 1 where you beat the demon lord but your soul was destoy or 2 where you beat the demon lord but him corrort you soul andif you too good you will end your self but only after you have a son or 3 you no good or evil and follow the demon lord or 4 you evil and steal the demon lord place as demon lord or number 5 you you max evil and not only take the place as demon lord you beat and there a bouns fight to beat the evil god because you being that evil off set the order the the world and if you win you fight the other god and become the god of that world.

I found an unfortunate bug in Aria's hut. I tried to touch her chemicals on the lower right, while she was offscreen to the left. It triggered the sound of her trying to stop me (because I was not a friend yet), but no text window appeared so I was just frozen there.
Other than that I haven't encountered any bugs yet, so it seems very clean.

Anyways, maybe it's just me but, anyone else think the art makes them look masculine/guy-ish/male; not too sure why, might be how the shading/shadow makes the face seem angler, thus like a guy's face, proportion wise.

How do I improve my affection with the goblin chief (sayonara something)? I have finished her pelt quest, and then it said I need to have more affection from her to get more quests but the only way i can get affection from her is by doing quests xd. Is there something I am missing, or is that the extent of her content?

how do i give her presents tho? when i talk with her there is no option to do so
The options selection in the status screen just sets the hotbar.
Is there a seperate one with the systems stuff like adjusting the music volume, making the character always be a running speed etc?
Update: Never mind, I found the sprint toggle option on the items section.
