also, i got stuck on saffron quests. she won't give me more jobs after the "goblin nobility" one until I get more affection with her. but how do I do that?
my goblin rep is 1421 and I got 118 goblin children. so it can't be that. no idea what she wants from me
also. werewolf infected me with a status effect that looks like pink poison bubbles. what does it do? what is it called? should I worry that it is not going away on its own? how do i cure it?

There is no present option for her in her dialog. I have one for normal goblins, and for goblin children, but not for her
Use an item with "gift" in it's description and then talk to her, you will get a prompt asking if you want to give her said item as a gift. You can gift items to regular goblins like that as well, it just increases your reputation as far as I know

If you would invest your time into some research instead of writing nonsense you would know that the guy doesn't earn enough from Patreon to do it as his main job and therefore can't work half a day on the game.
Plus the amount of effort he puts into the game (those environments look beautiful and the crafting/skill system is wild) is more than most other RPG Maker devs can say from themselves.
Obviously it takes quite some time for each new build. Not that you will ever understand such a thing after showing such ignorance.

It's almost been a year, fam. Better to have small updates frequently than huge updates once in a blue moon. If a lack of patreons is an issue then update frequently so that it's clear that it's not a dead project/patreon piggy bank.

Other devs update frequently and suffer the same fate compared to devs who release big updates. Care to explain that situation too oh great and wise sherlock?

Sadly that would only become an Option once the main system stands and we are talking about simply adding scenes for existing Characters... but at it's current stage small Updates aren't that viable.
The game is heavy on the game mechanics that require plenty of locations, Items and blanceing... right now useing the trade Succubus is plenty to show the dificulties ahead.
Each town is supposed to host 1-2 teachers for skills so how many villages do we need before that stage is reached?

I'm running into some difficulties in the second part of the Hellhound's quest lines. Everything was going smoothly for the first part where the standard quest system was used. However, once you reach the second part where you have to manage her school life, I ran into issues. Too many options and random events became difficult to keep track of and even harder to tie into the quest without breaking everything in other parts of the game.
The event logic is difficult to do as it often breaks previous parts of the game. I had to reign in my ambitions significantly for character freedoms in the second part of her quest line but even so, I find it hard to construct an event chain that doesn't have too many holes in it, especially when the player is not present in her house to check whether events have happened or not.
I wanted to have something playable this month but at the moment it doesn't seem likely.

This game kinda needs a walkthrough, as some of the quests are dificult to find.
This game is a scam, why simple until he proves otherwise and to the guys and girls who say "some time" that is no my definition of a year and counting.
And for the record when this game start the developer update this game in a month or two and that time were expanding in on the last 4 or 5 updates that is why people don't support it because this game have a tons of scam flags.

Bro, the Dev has a full time job, this is just his hobby and he makes like 200$ from Patreon and those are most likely from people who forgot this game exist.
On top of that :
TL;DR
There are some issues in the development, give him some slack, he works alone, progres is slow that's true and you are right to be annoyed but don't call it a money scam

A scam implies there's a lie involved. At no point has the dev promised a timeline (or at least in relatively recent memory). The dev openly admits they don't know when the next update will be. This isn't ideal, but also it's not a scam.
