Besides the obvious use of using it to return to big size after using drink me, you can give it to the duchess for a special scene in the same way you give drink me to Leaf.

oh.. duchess dead i think... but after drink me i going to hole in the wall and drop out in lake of blood with normal size.

Is there a way to edit a save file to remove the curse of spook from snake god? I know it'll be gone in NG+ but at this rate I'll have heart attack before I can get to NG+ so I'm willing to do anything including editing save file

Doesn't remove, just makes it cuter
That's the second location she appears on if you go on Lion route. She appears at mountain of madness instead on unicorn route.
I just had to talk to her first right after the first enemy orcs, and then I took the Lion path.

Talk to 'er, 10 times iirc? Then go to Ludwige / the town and keep going east til' you see a carriage o' sorts.
Also must be in 0 SEN.

1. Those are gotten rarely from the flying books in the chaos dungeon. Lower depths (>10) have a higher chance of spawning the book iirc.
2. This is an npc from dlc 3. He's at the screen between lion and unicorn path, the bloody area just after the long path where you find gerda.
3. Not sure what you mean here but the thing that comes to mind is the hidden room in wintertown. That's one of the places you find carnacki (ghost-finder) during his side quest. I've made a couple posts regarding his side quest, if you're interested then search for them.
