There is a hard limit to how high your stats can go. It's like 109k for main stats, 1.09m for hp. You cannot go above this limit no matter what. So if you have 109k attack outside combat, attack buff in combat doesn't do anything for you.

Cause it's fairly easy to beat DLC3 at 25K stats with difficulty 9, without switching equipments all too much
Im sure it would be a walk in the park with 109K

You'll need the base game file first and the translated fan mod, then just follow the [read me] text in the translated fan mod files (It's just drag and drop the game file and replace).
So a quick question where can I download all DLC if the DLC is already on this site does it have 1-2-3-4 dlc?
Tried to do sl1 on diff 9, got all the way to jubjub, realized I didn't don't have vernai summon, and can't finish his quest cause I am at progress 9 (wasted one to get margaret covenant). Jubjub can't be reliably sleep locked with stats boast from ring black goat and iron maiden... Fuck me. Guess I will ng+ and just try to not get the items from areas I already looted.
As long a you don't rest at a bonfire (or use a homeward I think), your progress can go as high as you want without triggering jubjub.

You can't. Surgeons drop them though, 1 at a time. They are the big enemies in the mental ward.
Can only be obtained by having vorpal sword (+10 vorpal blade) equipped at the start of headhunting beast fight.
