Seath had an error with that ending and didn't have the time to fix it in time it'll be available maybe tomorrow
as for your other question there is 1 other ending he will implement more at a later time

I genuielly enjoy this story, and rarelly have that deep interest in renpy styled porn games, but this overall look into slightly split personality mobster man was interesting. So kudos to creator

I've really enjoyed our journey with this one. I'm particularly happy that SB didn't shy away or give in to any softening of the plot or depictions. It certainly isn't to everyone's taste - even the 'less dark' path is probably more than some would care for- but I frankly loved the depravity of it. Thank you so much for taking us along with you!
