I need some help, I have a Problem that R18 Patch is not working unless you have the game on steam. How you guy manage to install the patch?

My game was running well but then I had a crash at the boss fight in Mt Cress and then even after rebooting PC the FPS in the game was really low. Even tried above flag but FPS still very poor.
This is what that file looks like for me;

If you talking about what I think you're talking about then you just need to go to the inn and sleep. If it's in the inventory it will get used automatically and scene will trigger.

YOOO I'm still waiting for my cheat to get approved. This cheat is just for having fun or if the enemy and boss got to hard for you, but still want to experience to fight the boss... well this cheat is for that spesifically HAVE FUN!!!

This game honestly feels wasted as a porn game, like it could just be it's own normal rpg. The gameplay is solid and the story could use some work, but honestly the porn feels both tacked on and lacking which degrades the game.
Good gameplay, but man the final dungeon is just random mobs thrown at you without a cohesive theme and the grind is real, did the entire game without lowering difficulty but the final fight against Kagura is just a check to make you grind for 5 more hours.
The enemies don't even do lewd stuff at that point.
