Do we know for sure what the "Hidden Mini Scene" is and how to unlock it, I'm not sure yet but I believe it includes Mia at the cupboard with Martha as when I restarted it said Not Enough Curiosity when you get dialog after the choice, which is Mia's thing but after I don't seem to be able to trigger it so idk

Probably she's ready for her State Event to trigger. Go to the entrance to her room.

That's for Mia only tho, unless you are talking about the "Not Curious Enough" screen which is a bug, as far as I know. I believe that's gonna be fixed in the 0.16.2 version coming... sometime.

Do the Taste Test game with Lucile at night. You'll need the box of lollipops, Martha's sleeping mask, and Doyle to point out the hole to start the games. The first time you play it, use the lollipop. The second night you play it use your penis. You should receive Lucile's Trust +1 unless you've maxed it out already.
