You have to do all her previous scenes at least once, but I always recommend to do them TWICE for good measure. Check the guide (link in the 1st post) to see which scenes she has available as a way to tally which ones you are missing and which ones you already did.

Hmmm, that I can't confirm as I have it on by default, but it shouldn't be an issue. Just do her regular scenes, none of the ones with David include any animal tag team.
