ok so some scenes are for next updates..but what does not implemented mean, why i can't see those?

"Not Implemented" means the scene or action has not been put into the game yet, but will be on one of the future updates.
Required item: Sleeping Pills
The morning that follows when you try to play with Mom at night (when she almost wakes up), check the gates at the entrance of the mansion. A merchant appears every couple of days, and will sell you the "Sleeping Pills", however, you won't have any money, so have to talk to the Ghost in the basement for the next step.

There is a walkthrough below the download links and screen shots on page 1 of this very thread. That particular question has been answered a multitude of times in the past 77 pages. Look (with the search function) for where I have answered it several times in those pages.

When the update comes out will everyone be allowed to play it even if you are not a patron? Or pay
According to the Discord, public versions will be made available on the blog page, not the Patreon page.
What save? Old ones from previous versions? Those usually don't work, especially with low version numbers, because of code changes between versions.
