Overview:

good question, i'll awnser in 10 years, mabey than the next one will pop up. (so it feels every time)
when ever he feels like it, and how big he wants it to be, wich can be just updated horse sounds, or updated dog sounds. (yes he has done that before, 1.5years waiting for update, just to get improved horse sounds)

I don't think so, since Doyle is part of the reason everything happen you'll still have to empower him before you get to the state events.

Shouldn't be possible, you'll have to find the variable for Doyle and adjust that as well. Do all that and it SHOULD work but since I haven't tried it I can't say Yay or Nay
