This will not happen (well, in the coming years) ... There is good and bad news, who expects WHAT from the game ...
1 Bad- picture\texture quality not being considered for improvement the nearest 2+ years. All hope for mods (some HD textures can be transferred from the standard edition). There are mods for the game (I played MOD Assembly of the original and boldly declare that the difference in quality is BIG (well, my eyes definitely did not hurt -_-) ... The developers gave permission to the Steam Workshop, which means we can expect new mods ...
2 Good - the developers said that they will bring (during this time) a lot of CONTENT, just mountains in their words (I can scare someone), but there are plans for a large-scale UPDATE on "Shemale" -_-(As a separate city \ location (there are already jokes about how it will be called - TranSCity \ TranSoTown etc.-_-) I'm not removing words from the ceiling ... You can read all of this in the Steam Discussions or even ask questions (even if you have NOT bought the game) .... Developers answer ALL threads ...
For people who DO NOT want such content (in their plans), they answered simply - YOU can avoid them / in short - it will only depend on you, WE do not pull you by the handle ...

As for using the saves from the original game, you can load them in Second Coming, however this seems to produce a number of bugs, it's recommended you start over.

ah yes, this game was probably the first biggest disappointment I ever had regarding porn games

Same, some people can appreciate the bad gameplay, the bad story, the dumb jokes and the bad UI.. the bad voice acting, the bad gameplay loop, the bad models, the bad anatomy, the bad level design, the bad quest design, the bad sex scenes that all feel the same, the bad texture work, the often offensive stereotypes.

It's ironic, but the most offensive thing in this game was the stereotypes it reinforced about how bad porn games are :/
