This game's graphics were already outdated when it launched 15 years ago... Even for a cartoonish look

This game lives the ultimate male fantasy. walking down the street and having a go at everyone you see. An open world xxx simulation. My only complaint is that they changed the song on the main menu.

Not really, no. There's always something missing. If you can do without sex and jokes, you can play GTA
There are a few 3d games with combat that rely heavy on nudity, but their style is completely different. And there's that one about a "party in a house", that is not about action at all, but an adventure, the content somewhat similar to the old larry games, but - with the correct addon - more explicit. That party game and bonetown are one of a kind.
The oldschool graphic is a nice break from everything nowaday that are either anime or hyper realistic
wait what... no it wasn't back then the graphic was top notch but may be because you aren't into model design. looking back when it launched, the most popular gta in 2007 is vice city and compare them both you will see it wasn't out date. it's just technology had holding them back too much.
love the game, wasn't have a change playing this back in its glory day but better than never. anyway wish some one gonna remake this game. or at least inspired.

bruh, you comparing a newly entry from western to fully growth eastern company? specificialy the JAPANESE VIDEO GAMES INDUSTRY? let me remind you that before everything, Japan is the place where all the best game was born. heck even most of the consoles ever been create are from Japan. you can't just compare them like that. and yes, vice city actually the most simular game to compare, with open world element not sandbox, with real game element not just Dating Sim. bruh...

After beating the final boss (and seeing the cutscene and credits) the game trows me on Downtown but with Missions 9 and 10 on the map, this is normal? (first time playing this)
