im totally in support of typical sandboxes with questchains and time-location tracking...
that dream thing looks like interesting gig.

but given the pdf walktrough i checked...are there different routes/pathes ?
if so id advocate against it ... as it will be burdensome for devs
what can we compare it to?.... given the UI similarity - the company, it is available for 3-4 years and i cannot say it has alot of content...maybe dozen progression steps for each main npc...mixed with some routines and scheduled events to prolong or stretch the gaming session.
in other words, my concern is that it will make the game (feel) shorter because the energy will be dispersed throughout different event chains. also extra efforts will be needed to tie everything together.
with pathes in sandbox its replayability will be raised ... but (imo) just abit
for example i havenot replayed the company ...didnot feel like it... the options there may vary but mostly not that much...i think same goes for multimedia...
also employing VN-CYOA mechanisms in sandboxes is not that good idea as you cannot just skip the text until next options... some routine clicking and-or grinding is waiting you (which well might be discouraging). so only if each step led to alternative outcome and scenes for each npc - it would be worth replaying...though in a porn game it is kinda impossible unless it will be a complete role change (m2f, sissification or femdom, which will not be interesting to, lets say, half of the audience)

I've got one question. Opened chrome devtools and used the standard sugarcube variable log command and say NTRmode ... what's that about? It's currently set to false. What will true do?

Probably nothing at the moment. You're not going to get extra content if it doesn't exist yet. He probably has the groundwork set for it to happen at some point, but I wouldn't think of anything yet EXCEPT the part where you're basically stealing the neighbor's wife (On that note, setting it to true might just make the game decide you slept with her)
I see the Patreon release has been out for some time. When can we expect the public one?

I've just started (re)playing and I'm for the 1st time in the company (as a boss) and after calling anyone from the personnel list 'back to work' button doesn't work.

Now that there's NTR option (and a Mila/other girl scene) I have a question (or more like a thought): I'm not a fan of NTR so I've left it off, but I wouldn't mind some kind of lesbian cuckolding content with the wife (wife+Jenny / wife+Samantha / wife+Jenny+Samantha) and if that's planned I wouldn't like my leaving NTR off affect the access to that kind of content.

Mila/other girl is not ntr scene, because lesbian is not ntr for me, so if scenes with wife/maid/Jenny appear in the game, then ntr switch won't affect them.

I just wanted to pop in and say I'm a little worried about this dick size mechanic.
I'm not in the loop but it seems to me that you can accomplish the goal you're aiming for without it.
It will add a large amount of complexity to your development while adding only a fraction of it's value to the players.
Cock-size shaming is becoming taboo even among the NTR circles but I could be wrong...
Just my 2 cents. If you're married to it, go for it. My #1 concern is that this project continues and you've gotta do what feels good to you for that to happen. I know it too well...

I see. Most HTML games are like that, that's why I said it. But the MC can be naturally obedient. I think that if the dick is small, most activities will become more unappealing and less content will come out.

That's completely fair, but in that case I hope those scenes will be avoidable through normal play. To me sex is sex, regardless of the bits involved.
SPH is a niche even within the already niche genre of male-sub protagonist games, but I don't see any problem with including that as an option for those who are into the humiliation stuff. I respect the ambition you're showing here, trying to include options that appeal to both sub and dom players.
