I've loaded my old save with the new version and I can't seem to advance time. I'm stuck on march, 7th. No matter how often I click skip. (And no events are visible anywhere.)

Do NOT use old savefiles.
But this should be the last time they are not compatible!

Loving the game, everything is amazing but can someone explain to me how the whole calendar events work because I meet the requirement or at least I think so and nothing pops up on the certain dates.

Hmm, they should popup, assuming you didn't use an older savefile.
Check the number of hearts that you have and on the day it should popup in its location as a red box.
Booted up the game, did lyra until 2 hearts and fast forwarded to it and it worked.
But found a weird bug/interaction with this, not sure whats causing it.
Opening the calendar on the day of the event causes some issues with timed events, adding more of the same or removing...
So try opening the calendar, they should show up.
Will look into solving this.

I would love to be poked by Blair's tiny stick That gal is too cute.

Saves don't really work from one update to the other. I'm waiting until we have confirmation that the saves will be compatible with future releases to start playing again.

I do believe its nice to progress even resetting.
Since its only Raven and Lyra that got completed, do only them!
And during the weekends Meet N Yeet!

Yeah a crash to desktop doesnt sound like a game issue, but glad its solved!
