Fairly certain gaudy presets are the garish and brightly colored presets people submit. Like bright neon colors and the like.

Game is the actual game, in the Creator version you can create presets or use the gallery.

activate "allow cheats" in the option

Ctrl + O on the field/town/farm
gives you 1.000.000 money

You don't need Ctrl, just the letter "O".
