PSA for the people who get the error and are looking for an easier work-around:
The main problem is running full-screen in the config file. So if you don't want to bother replacing files, the easiest way to avoid the error is to switch your graphic settings to windowed-mode before you close the application.
ALTERNATIVE work-around: if you perhaps forget to do this before closing the application, another way to prevent the error is to have a back-up of this file before you relaunch the game "AppData/Local/Radiant/Saved/Config/WindowsNoEditor" -> GameUserSettings.ini; replace it. Remember to back-up a vanilla copy of this file, otherwise it will have full-screen enabled and will render you the Unity error (if you play on full-screen). For ease of use don't back-up the .ini file only, create a copy with the whole folder structure so next time you just drag & drop.

getting stuck in a dialoge with the widow in the cave, cause i have no Lust. once the dialoge finished, it just repeats the same over an over again. no choice but to close the game, since i cant even open the menu

is it normal that Monarch leave after you complete her request? Not only that, but she also take the keystone with her
first time I saw her was in Pleasure Pasture, I returned there and she's gone, the stone too, I looked at Virgin Breaks and she's not there either, the Bee Queen doesn't appear in Hivelands, I thought finishing Monarch request would make her appear, but no luck since Monarch is no where to be seen, so I cannot open the Hivelands other than cheating my way in with all portals open, can't
find Widow either, I went to Amorous Hollows, I falled down from the platform in both spot, pussy portal, or when you manage to free Apopha the Lamia, venture through the cave and nothing happen there either, unless I'm not at the right spot

I'm personally a pretty big fan of the gate progression shit. It felt like I had actual story/game progression in a game otherwise lacking it, due to its sandbox-y nature, and it was engaging in the way that I had to balance resources and time between exploration progression and homestead progression. I also think the new Blessed Nephelym are a great addition. That slime is some good shit. On that front, I think dev is doing a great job, although I wish some Nephs were a little more fleshed out or interesting, content-wise. There seems to be a divide between main Nephs like Vulwarg and Foxen, and some of the later ones, like Sylvans and the angel dudes. The most glaring example of this is the Fomurians. They have minimal presets and kinda just exist. That being said, it's a minor gripe because you can always just go download more presets.
Dev removing males would be... unfortunate, to say the least. Not only would it limit gameplay, but it'd limit customization options, as well. It seems kinda lazy, if I'm completely honest. Males are totally new, unique bodies and looks, where with futas, it's just the same shit as the dozens of female models but with a dick. As an artist, he has the right to take out/avoid shit that he doesn't like (futas with balls, males, presets, whatever), but as a game dev, it doesn't make sense to purposely avoid shit that you KNOW lots and lots of people would like. It doesn't make sense for a game dev to purposely remove content and customization options in a proto-sandbox game where customization and its attributed content are like, the main fucking gameplay mechanic. I also just don't understand what's so wrong with... sex? Like, in a porn game? Sex between a male and a female? Dude really can't handle men having sex with women? Sounds like fragile heterosexuality to me! :0
Hope somebody has an archive of previous versions. May have to go back a couple if he ends up removing dudes from the game.

The state of breeding games are hopeless for now:
one is a complete scam that use amazing art/animation to bait new victims while hoping that old patrons stay because they didn't realize from suffering to 'sunk cost fallacy'
one starts out as the most promising and fresh out of all of them but the dev insist on going solo and now start to display signs of creative burnout and loss of direction
one seems like the most closest spiritual successor to that old dead breeding game but the dev chose to prioritize on their other title so it's developed veeery slowly
there were also a bunch of new ones i think but they usually got abandoned before even reaching 0.2 sigh

Kinda left field question here, anyone know where we can follow and discuss breeding games, like a discord/forum? Out of all H game genres, this is my shit man. Like BotN is great don't get me wrong, you may have seen some of my presets in there at one point, but I like many others have their gripes.
I want to stay in the know, and perhaps a long shot with this one but perhaps influence the development of these games - like a private funding group to push the breeding game genre forward. If there were 30 of us funding a game at just $100 a month (3k a month to the dev) to mimic say Breeding Season as closely as possible, I'm sure we could find a developer/indie dev team that would be willing to pump some time into this Breeding Season spiritual successor.
So we as a team shop for a developer, or a lower level indie dev team off Steam, and ask if they'd be interested in producing this game for us. At which point, we donate our $100 a month to the individual/team for the sum of $3,000 a month and watch as they churn out a breeding game.
We could even simply do this off of Patreon. The developer/dev team would get their page, we'd pump in our funding, and likely through the Patreon they will acquire additional patrons. If they begin to veer from producing quality content, we withdraw our funding and begin to search for a new developer/dev team once again. Worst case scenario, the dev/dev team takes our money and runs. We each take a $100 hit and receive no content. Or, since it takes time to produce playable content, we lose <$600 if they bail before some sort of 6 month playable milestone. Example, we want a very barebones demo at 6 months or we withdraw funding. They ghost us at 5 months. We lose $500.
I don't know, late night ramblings of someone who realizes this genre may have to have some grassroots funding/focus to have us get the products we want. Clearly, despite BotN's/Breeding Seasons financial success, the barrier to entry for creating these games is both very high and very awkward. I think Breeding season took a dump almost half-a-decade ago. Nearly 5 years, and yet I believe that's what we're waiting on, the next Breeding Season. Cloud Meadow isn't it. BotN isn't it. Whatever else is out there, just isn't it.
I don't believe that we have the talent nor time to produce this level of content on our own. I do know that it is possible to focus funding that will allow us to essentially contract out a developer or a development team to produce a worthy success to what Breeding Season could have been.
Maybe we could pool together cash under a known entity like F95, and have developers/dev teams compete with a demo to have access to that cash. We pool $50,000 under F95, developers/dev teams produce a demo within a given time frame, and the winner will have that money partitioned out to them over a set period of time. If the team or individual that won the competition fails to deliver updates that are equivalent to their contest entry in a similar time frame, funding will be post-poned if not revoked.
I know there are a truly infinite amount of holes within my logic here, I just wish there was a better way to get the content we want. We can badger DH all we want about how we think BotN should be, be mad at S-Purple/HBomb for the end of BSeason, but ultimately coordinated action is something I believe necessary to invoke quality H content at this point.
If there's a developer that read this, or a business savvy individual, project manager or even another hopeful fool such as myself, I'd love to hear your thoughts on what can be done to entice developers to make games like BotN/Breeding Season and whether or not we are truly just playing a waiting game at this point.
Edit: We put Grimhelm on payroll to make a Breeding Season side scroller. ez. fuckin'. win.

Nghtly Dude, those are some really well-put-together thoughts on this...and make a very realistic point. However, I think a good takeaway from the mmorpg communities is that crowdfunding it is an unreliable, if not borderline gambling, option. It's just way too prone to shady groups walking in with a shiny trailer (which will not be gameplay footage, of course) and some unity assets and convincing people it's real.
I think the only way to make it work is if the people who undertake the project are really either into the genre as well or really passionate about the creative side of it. Otherwise, let's face it dude, there's no way it's not just another cashgrab...
At this point, I wouldn't really blame blame those who are willing to take the risk anyway, it's a rare genre, let alone it checking all the boxes. Even if I'd say half the shit in BotN isn't my cup of tea, at least it's upfront and still holds somewhat true to its roots, the gameplay still follows its objective; honestly, for it having one dev, it's already pretty ambitious and mostly functional.
Also, yo I didn't know you're the author of those presets, they're awesome, thanks dude!

It's this game https://f95zone.to/threads/breeding-farm-v0-2-team-bieno.34302/ which is still on version 0.2 ,but i gave it a try last week and it felt familiar enough to made me want to revisit breeding season again (and lamented my very niche and much-ignored genre). There's not enough content yet tho, and the studio is still focusing their development resources toward their other title (Amity Park)
