Demokaze correctly explained in an earlier post:
"The Japanese title is reproductive activity record. And that's what you record, the activity of reproduction. And pregnancy does occur as a result of that activity because the girl stops taking contraceptives when you officially become a couple, but as an ending, not as a gameplay mechanic."
I'm honestly not sure why that string is showing up when you open the game. It also doesn't make that much sense to me.
Here's a small updated version that fixes that.
The uploaded version here also had an auto translation for a line that I missed, so I translated that too. But unfortunately I'm not sure where that line happens.
To apply, just replace the _AutoGeneratedTranslations.txt with this one
by active I meant they were still liking comments under their ci-en during august.

How does one get Incubus aphrodisiac and Dangerous medicine? My collection is at 92% and I finished the ending, can see a glimpse of the future, stop time, random condom and talked to all NPCs post confession (I think).
By comparing my save file with a 100% save file from this thread, I found that there are 2 NPCs that I seem to be missing.
When searching up the "_clear" keyword in both files, the missing NPCs are named "chibi" and "occult". Is it safe to assume that the Aphrodisiac and Dangerous medicine can be obtained from clearing these NPCs? If so, where can you find them?

Not sure about Chibi but it's probably the Small Kouhai in 1st Floor - Women's Toilet, at night:
Likewise, the Occult refers to the Occult Research Society member that is in the 3rd Floor - Men's Toilet, at night.
And it's this npc that gives you the aphrodisiac and the dangerous drug.

It's from this teacher if I remember correctly, 1st floor men's toilet. You gotta help him by 'teaching' his class, he will give the clock as a reward later on.

This game was amazing, but there was not a single anal animation. The tags say anal, so I was pretty dissapointed. In case anyone does find an anal scene (idk maybe a secret) please let me know!

I really can't fully get the translated version of the game, even if I replace some parts with the translated files the game's still on japanese

The versions at the OP already has the translation patch applied.

has the creator for this gone dark or has he been posting news on other sites because his last post on the ci-en page was in 2020, are there plans to make more games like this?

Could somebody help me out? I'm stuck at 92 percent, I've 100 percented progress and H tech. I have the clock and all the belongings and I think all the clothes

The dev is only really active on Twitter/Ci-en when he's releasing a game (there was a similar 2-year silence between the release of his last game and this one). I'm hoping this means he'll randomly pop back up this year with "I'm releasing a new game next month!", but it's equally likely that we never see him again for one reason or another. He did seem pretty excited for his next project though.
