How can I transfer my latest save from PC to Android? Also, is there any way to increase save slots? Thanks

can’t take an umbrella in the game, as it’s raining at home and not hunting. Because immediately returning home.

Android is an unofficial release so I cannot give any details about. is just a hint about the usual save location on Android devices: SD:/Android/data/com.{gamename}.program/files/saves/
Saves on PC you'll find yourself in the /game-folder and/or in your user folder C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\BF-1490368329
So, good luck on this.

Regarding save slots, hm, a strange one. Changing the language inside the load screen worked for me ...

The quite expensive umbrella awaits you in the mall. Until then you have to wait for sunshine. Maybe hitting the clock symbol and wait for one hour. Or rest for some more. Your phone tells you about the actual weather. Going by taxi is a clever idea but it doesn't help in the end, sorry.

Yes, the cost of the umbrella is one of the very-poorly-thought-out elements of the game. The game is unplayable without the umbrella on rainy days, which are frequent, and you have to work for eight or so non-rainy days to get the money to buy it (it's more epensive than all but the most expensive clothing, and about the quarter the cost of a laptop!). Cheating the money to buy the umbrella didn't feel like cheating at all.

Normally I don't judge personal expressions but in this case your facts do not match mine. The umbrella is about 250 "dollars", her rockergirl outfit cost 600. And in reality an expensive Davek Elite is 150 at least, a cheap notebook around 200. To get the 250$ one full day at the cafe is enough but only if Alex is pumped up to the max. You can earn this money at the casino in 7-10 hours. It seems not a big prob to me to wait some hours at home by checking the weather. And also it isn't that unrealistic. Ok, it is a nuisance but so is shit happening in life. The rain itself allows for interesting events and probably tries to add up to the pressure on the protagonist to make money. So in general, it looks a little bit provisional but not "very-poorly-thought-out" to me.

Your fact is that it is possible in real life (and in the game) to spend $250 on an umbrella. My fact is that it is possible in real life (but not the game) to spend under $20 on an umbrella. Those facts do not, indeed, match. No poor person is going to hold out for an expensive Davek Elite. Your fact is that it is possible to get $250 in the cafe "if Alex is pumped up to the max." My fact is that Alex doesn't start the game pumped to the max and cannot even work in the cafe (or the casino, for that matter). So, no, our facts don't match. By the time Alex is fully pumped and working in the cafe or casino she won't need the $250, because she will already have the umbrella.

The frequent rain days and the fact that Alex cannot buy the umbrella and work in the first few rain days (and canno0t earn enough in the first few non-rain days) of the game means that getting the umbrella becomes the sole focus of the early part of the game. That's not very well-thought-out. I stand by that opinion.

This is constructive criticism, not mere kvetching.

I hate these pointless discussions trying to twist and distort someone's every words. Everyone able to read and being able to play the game may judge for himself. You may have a point in criticizing continuous rain in the first days. But that I never experienced. And I play this shit a lot from scratch for testing reasons. I will drop the dev a message about rain in the first days.

I had the same problem with the rain when I restarted the game... but because I'm such a lazy fuck, I just cheated and "gave" Alex an umbrella! :):):)

While playing the game, In the scene where Alex is 'thinking' about being in front of the camera (not a web cast), the following image popped up and the game 'freezes' right there. No dialog box, no new images, no keyboard or mouse input (except ESC to the save menu)... <Pout> I regret that as enjoyable as the game is, to start over again does not seem to good of an option. Thx for reproducing, the error will be fixed in the next version. But the error can only happen when Alex is talking to Barb in her room in the morning. Please talk to Barb in a different location like the kitchen, the living room or the bathroom. - Otherwise we would have a strange new bug.

In order to talk to Barb anywhere, I would need to start the game from the beginning... To play hours to attempt the forward progress to the point which the game froze takes too much time and energy. (Unless perchance there is an Auto Save somewhere)

SAVED by an AUTOSAVE 4 minutes before the freeze! I am a happy camper again! NorthernGent

CAN SOMEONE HELP A GUY OUT... In the English section of the game, there are some Russian phrases. Mostly I ignore (hope they get fixed in future updates), but one appears to affect the play of the game and I have NO IDEA what it says or how to use it. Can someone please translate it for me. Thanks!

Yes, here:
In the first four - "It takes courage (7), (8) ... ..."
At last - "Charm is required (65)"

I keep getting a Russian message when trying to go to Rock -Club and can't progress. What am I doing wrong? Stats are Courage 6, Charm 49 - 69, Rhetoric 46
Wow I'm literally losing my mind with the walkthrough as it's not really precise on even how to raise stats my courage is only at 5 and so far only way I can get it to 6 is watching the content on laptop but to progress with Jane courage needs to be at 7

Let's warn on some bugs:

very often when you try to light cigarettes you get error screen. of course it is not big deal.
you just click ignore and you are back in game with cigarette lighted. but still it is bug.
mostly happens in front of the house, but it happened once in city and once near Falsetto studio

Could the walkthrough guide please be updated out of a beta version as I'll admit the grind is a wee bit tedious as I'm trying hard for getting stats up to what they need to be for example rhetoric as mine is still around 10-11 points
