This problem is tied to the method used to manage translations.

Usually renpy translation files are maps of "sentence in original language" - "sentence in translated language", and so if some translation is missing is easily fixed by the user (better than nothing using Google translate).

In this game they have used another feature of RenPy: the translated sentences are not associated directly to the original sentences but to a label composed by the nearest RenPy label and a trailing number which is automatically generated...

...so if the translation of "спасибо" is missing, I cannot fix it by simply adding "спасибо"-"thanks" to the translation... Because the key to which "thanks" must be associated is not guessable

IDK why RenPy offers also this feature for managing translations: I guess it's more difficult to manage even for the original developers, and not only for other people who would like to work as a translator (pro or amateur).

IDK where is the blue button (I don't see it in your screenshot), and how the 'smoking addiction alert' covers it, but to exit from the porn slide show just click on the "X" of the browser window in Alex's laptop

Ok, before I aswered "by memory" from my phone. Now I tested on my computer and I must say you are right.
Seeing your screenshot in big I spotted the blue "back" button in the bottom left corner.

Even if this condition was hard to reproduce (its quite unlikely that the 'addiction warning messages' pops up right when you are using the computer) it's still possible, so it's a bug.

I reckon that clicking on th "X" i was referring to before just closes pornhub webpage, but then when you click on the blue "back" button, the 'addiction warning message' pops up again, so the click doesn't activate the back button, but WORKAROUND: once pornhub is closed, and you have clicked once on the blue "back button", you can click anywere OUTSIDE OF THE LAPTOP SCREEN and the virtual camera actually zooms out from the laptop to the entire room as if the blue "back" button was indeed activated.

WORKAROUND RECAP:
1) click the X
2) click the blue "back" button
3) click anywere outside the laptop screen

(I think it is son of the clumsy click/layer management provided by the Ren'Py engine itself...)

2) Snake in the rehearsal room, provided Alex didn't reject him the first time he tried to seduce her. If she did, I think he left the town and you can't go farther in Letty's quests, which would be a pity since Letty is really attractive

On the Tennis court, first time you get introduced to Valeries friend, buy Sport outfit and Tennis Racket, go there again play Tennis with Valeries friend. works only on Days when the Girl is not at the reception

Yes, but if you haven't previously "made yourself friend with Ruby" the "Shall we play a tennis match" dialogue option when you click on Ruby remains unselectable and the error messagge if you try to click it ignoring that it is grayed-out is something like "before I have to make friends with Ruby".

To "make friends" with Ruby you need to go at the reception and talk with Ruby one of the days she works there and click on the new pink dialogue option...
...BUT that new pink dialogue option only pops up if previously you have had an alcoholic threesome Alex + Valerie + Ruby in Valerie's room. If not, the pink dialogue option is not simply grayed out: it's NOT VISIBLE AT ALL.

I think almost nothing can be achieved without dicks, unless you use cheats, because courage points are essential to progress in the story and most of them cannot be achieved without dicks.
The same goes for money: without accepting money for sex with males... it's neverending making the money you need to progress. Unless you cheat.

BUT cheating might lead you to skip some content, if you increase your courage points or your money too fast...

I agree with you that it's not possible to play the game without Alex having sex with guys. But I have done playthru's where Alex doesn't sell sex and I've done it without cheating.

I have done no sex work at all, no actual sex (Alex still did cam work), and am now doing a playthru where Alex sticks to her supposed standard of not showing her face (no sex with the trucker or the casino customers).

Alex doesn't do any sex work in the poker room. She just witnesses the humiliation of her friends sister. BTW I find it entirely unconvincing that Alex wouldn't tell her best friend about her sister's troubles. Withholding that kind of information from Barbara and Valerie could break their friendship. I regard it as a major plot hole in the story.

It does take a lot of grinding to make the necessary money without sex work but it is possible. And yes it does exclude the Mistress, something I don't mind at all because I dislike the Mistress character.

In fact I did three playthru's

The first where Alex did no sex work, the second where Alex only did no contact sex work, nude modeling and camgirl.

Finally the third that I'm currently doing where Alex never shows her face. This playthru is consistent with Alex's stated preference that she doesn't want it known that she's doing sex work. That the dev has added scene's where she does show her face seems to me a contradiction and a major flaw in the story, given that Alex continues to state that she doesn't want her face seen then goes off and fucks the trucker or the gambler without hiding her face.

I haven't reached that part in that playthru yet, but it's not a problem for me. I will often skip one or two updates before I download
