Its been asked on his discord and that is a big no from the sharing of his girls. He may look at stealing other girls.

I came into this game with zero expectations. I was prepared for anything.

What did I get? A game that made me go "Oh, it's over already... I want MORE".

The graphics aren't this, or that, sure. Couldn't care less.
The characters have absurd proportions? So what? It's a fantasy. It's an alternate universe. It's a fucking romp. I found that those proportions made the game an even better story, by NOT trying to take itself so serious.
There are orthographic and grammatical errors, yes, it's true. All of that can be fixed in half an hour or so, so what? I found that otherwise, the story made sense, showed some sophistication (as in it's not a 13 year old writing a porn fantasy), and the story even as depth (it surprised me, really). The choices and the dialogues were written with very good humor, sometimes a bit over the top, but, it made me laugh.

So, in result, my dear Fatality17 I could only wish that all the beginners had has much talent has you showed us. I don't really ask that you improve this or that, it will happen naturally, the most I would ask is for you NOT give up, you have a great game and a great story and you seem more than good enough to carry it to the stars.

I liked this game very, very much.

Peace :)

I love the game so far, but honestly, when I saw the absolute madhouse that is the points system in this game, I just defaulted all stats to 100 and am now just selecting RP answers while knocking up everyone and their mothers.

Mfs out here expecting Bethesda and CD Projekt Red's studios quality from first time developers with a team of just one to write, render, post edit work, and code. Thinking they have top of the line equipment and unlimited amount of funds like a big company might have. people have lost all sense of expectations and expect nothing more then top of the line production in a turn around of a couple months for a new update without knowing what all it takes and how many man hours a person needs to put in. News flash some of us are indie developers with no experience whatsoever or funding just trying our first project, Some have a team surrounding them because they have established themselves making some decent cash to get all the rigging they need, and Some say fuck it I need to start somewhere and hop on their mini beelink mini computer and start trying to develop a game with no expertise in any of the fields that it takes to make a game but does it anyway learning as they go. You know what forget it some people just ooze entitlement, I hope you have a wonderful day.

I dont know why you feel attacked tbh. Never have I said I expected something a studio could make or "expect nothing more then top of the line production" - to be fair, between that and this game is a lot of ground to be covered. Most ppl have to start somewhere and I dont hold that against them. But as I said - your work will be judge - always. I know that, I have to live with criticism from customers myself.

I described the game as a "mediocre mess" - that is by definition not that bad, its maybe below average (because its a bit messy). And I do think that you probably know that neither the renders nor the writing are top notch. And I never blamed you or your work for it. I just said that it is lacking in certain aspects and I pointed out easy improvements that dont have anything to with hardware power - just with some care and polish (not stretching images e.g., easier to read font).

And in my following post you can see that I finished the current version and said that I can see improvements in the visuals. I dont rate games before they have a 0.3 or higher (or 3 releases) - but this would be a 2.5 - 3 for me currently. So not bad at all.

PS: And don't hold it against me if I exaggerate in some statements - that should fit to a game that is exaggerating extremely in many things. ^^ - And just as a reminder - If I didn't care about your game, which is the worst thing that can happen, I wouldn't take the time to criticize it. Then I would have just deleted and ignored it and certainly not made the "effort" to write so much here :)

While I understand the philosophy behind your comments, I disagree with it in absolute.

The first 10 versions, you need to enforce and reinforce the positive. Don't even talk about the negatives.

Remember, at this point, it is a labor of love, we (as a community) need to keep new authors motivated and creating, even if the results are not stellar. Unless, there's absolutely no salvation for the project, then tell them soon so they don't keep investing time and money that will never be recouped.

Authors like this one, with a decent story need the opposite. Instead of telling them what to fix, we must make sure that they have loads and loads of positive reinforcement, so they keep creating. The time for fixes, remakes, whatever, will happen when they are ready. If we, while commenting, pass along negative reinforcement, they are way more prone to give up. At this point, they are making a financial and time effort and are extremely sensitive to the reactions. While you may be absolutely correct about your perceived problems, this isn't the time to make them focus on that, it is the time to make them focus on what they did right. This is no time to "mediocre mess", it is time to "interesting concept"/"nice story"/" hot girls" and so on.

While you may (or may not) be completely right in your critique, they come in the worst possible time for a negative reinforcement. This is my opinion, based on many years of leading teams on creative projects. If you can't say anything positive, better not say anything, during the initial phases of a project.

Peace :)

P.S.: Remember, more than great games, we desperately need great creators, it is the smart thing to do.

I get your point, and see where you are coming from. The problem I see with that approach is, that dev might get a wrong image of their work. And stuff like my first point of critique (stretched images) is easy to fix and improves the first impression alot. I know I might be a bit to direct - but here I play the nation card as a German :p

The "danger" of your approach is that you have some positive feedback from ppl that just try to see the good, some that dont know better (i liked some games in the past because they were the first ones I played, before I knew what is possible) and a lot of ppl that just dont care enough and quietly delete the game. And the dev struggles to get some patreons to support his effort.

Yes, there are always dangers that our best intentions are ill-perceived. The point is, it is far less serious if you give unwarranted positive reinforcement than if you give unwarranted negative reinforcement.

It will also depend on the timing. If you give positive reinforcement to someone that is already gaining patreons, have a healthy amount of subscribers, it doesn't affect them as it also will not affect them if it is the negative kind. But, to someone already on the cusp of giving up, with doubts about their worth, with the insecurity of first steps, it makes a world of difference, what type of reinforcement you throw at them.

When in doubt, I prefer to err on the side of kindness. Costs me nothing, may help them immensely.

I may be wrong, but I believe that we, players that comment, have a role to play on how to breed creators, that in turn will create games.

Peace :)

Yeah I think the point system is unnecessarily too complicated and choices are not clear to the player. I was fine with with in the first update, but in this one it can lock you out Harmony path without you knowing because you missed a point in something.

Having played the game just now, a bit of feedback. The writing is pretty damn good, and the dialogue is also high quality. The font however, rends the eyes, so having a few options on it being more normal and less a pile of blocks would be nice. Also, this is a minor complaint, but it feels like we got to the "fuck and impregnate everybody you meet" stage a bit too fast, I would expect it to take longer. Don't get me wrong, I'm enjoying the scenes themselves, but there is such a thing as too fast pacing, especially when you do have the story to support the work, and it's not just filler that most people will skip past.
