Currently the names you give to npcs are only stored in persistent variables, it's great for a gallery replay but you can't have multiple playthrough where you choose differents ones (like a full breed playthrough and another).

The easymode mod has been updated to be a cheat mod:

It will have a menu at the top left that allows you to set the stats, or add to the stats (by 100) add $ or re-do the renaming of the characters.
This won't need to be updated each update either
