Is there pagination for the phone contacts?
There seems to be no way to view more than 40 girls there.
Also if messages are at all important to the progress it would be great if the interface sorted contacts by unread messages or somehow mark the contact for unread messages. Also an indicator of existing messages would be nice to have.

Except given the MC was still raised as part of the family it would still be considered legally as incest given the law exist to protect children against abuse and grooming by the adult they are raised by. So if patreon wanted to be really a pain the ass they still could.

This is completely wrong. Patreon rules explicitly state that step-cest is the same as biological incest. And they have been consistent in applying this rule.
In this game you are fucking and impregnating your mother.
Discovering later on that your mother was unaware that you are not her biological child due to swapped at birth nonsense is irrelevant.
She is your legal mother who raised you, making it incest.
Same with sisters, cousins, aunt, etc. they are all your legal family which as far as patreon rules count.
Moreover, you only find out about the whole not biologically related far into the game. Meaning any patreon censor who goes over this game will have marked it for deletion long long before finding out that they are actually not related.

Tons of Devs are getting screwed by Patreon for any reason. Still I just stated my speculations for his reasons of adding this narrative. Hopefully he can answer better than anyone else!

Fair enough. Dev could be thinking, incorrectly, that it would help with patreon.
Which would indeed make it their reasoning, even if the reasoning is wrong.
Not shooting the messenger but I don't think that's the reason, the dev had probably already planned such revelation in his story.
and Patreon definitely is pain in the ass so yes, they definitely will nuke this off the site, sadly. So I hope that won't happen but we will see........Highly doubt it. It's not a good plot tbh unless you know about Patreon and specially for the past 6 months going even further to the Devs' Discords and banning them if they had "keys" or "unlocked contents" sharing in their Discord.
But I could be wrong.
