Are there even any actual fully censored girl packs?
Tell me the names of three, so I can add them to my collection as curiosities. Most of the time, there's just a small fraction of censored stuff, due to the packs featuring images from a lot of different sources.
And, AFAIK, all 'real girl' packs feature pornstars or celeb fakes, which are uncensored almost by definition.

I'm a fairly new player, could anyone explain the difference between jobs (waitress, dancer, etc...) and whoring?
I'm asking because I had my girl doing waitress jobs, and she was making money once a day. But when she was doing whoring (only service enabled) she's getting paid twice. Each happened on full work days.
So whoring is literally better in every way? I even have the perk that (supposedly) enables the girl to whore after doing a job, but it hasn't activated a single time so far.

In general, a girl can be doing one of several things each night. Working, whoring, or resting are the basic activities. Each has plusses and minuses. And once you have several girls you'll want to have them doing a mix of activities. (Girls can also be away doing activities for the job girl or training at the farm).
The customers have money to spend. Some for being entertained, some for sexual service. Ideally each customer gets dealt with in both ways, so that you get all their money out of them.
Jobs give you one lump of money per night. Whoring the girl takes on a number of individual customers through the night (or groups once she is able to do that), and gets paid for each. She has a limit for how many customers (or groups) she can serve. But each costs her energy. Whoring is going to wear her out much, much faster than working (unless you're a high level mage with energy spells running and lots of energy items crafted). Every customer for whom she whores costs her energy, and it can add up quickly to exhaustion.
Ultimately it's good to have a girl get experience in all the stuff. Working jobs gets job experience, whoring gets experience in the sex skills. I normally have girls do work initially, then whore, and as they class up they do a mix. As I mentioned above, it's good to have a mix of things happening in order to try to pull as much money as possible from the customers.

I always have trouble getting into these brothel management games since the sex scenes are usually pretty barebones and their usually the same scenes even for different characters. Will you get significantly different text here for different girls, or is it all relatively the same. (not saying that's bad just not for me)
The text will be fairly similar, with the variety coming from the pictures matched to the sex and job acts (tagged). Some additional variety can come when you are using Advanced Training to explore or eliminate negative or positive fixations.

In a nutshell: jobs have a lower barrier of entry, can (mildly) support whoring, usually take less energy, but are less lucrative in the long run.
Whoring gets you the big bucks and pretty pictures.
Whoring is (eventually) better, but not because of the number of scenes, but because Goldo put in a lot of effort to balance the two. If you paid attention, jobgirls serve a whole lot more customers per session than whores. Their work isn't split by customer, since it's mildly unrealistic for some of them (dancer, at least) and seeing 20 variations of 'waiting tables' is really not something you want to see every night. 20 variations of 'buttsex', maybe.
Which is why whores give you a picture per customer (session).Edit: Also, leveling up non-whoring jobs can give you stat bonuses that are useful for whoring, too.
If you want hand-crafted scenes for all girls, this is obviously not happening. I mean, these girls work night after night, for years. Wanting semi-unique scenes for 'and then she fucked customer #23'469, and she was good' is not even in the same room as the table.
But there's enough variety in the procedurally generated text that employing some girl packs with a good picture selection can give you a pleasantly varied experience, especially during advanced personal training.
I discovered this game a week or so ago, and have become addicted to it. I think it's the best trainer game that I've played, even ahead of Princess Trainer, Witch Trainer Silver and Four Elements Trainer. So I'm glad to see that this forum has suddenly come alive, as I hadn't sen any posts here over the last week.

What is the max rank in the game? Because I just entered chapter 3 after getting four of my girls to rank B, but I didn't get the new license and my girls still can't advance their rank. Do I need to complete this new quest (7500 gold, 250 brothel rep) to access the new areas, and unlock higher ranks? I know the story only consists of Chapter 1 so far, but I'm mostly playing for the gameplay.
Honestly I was so surprised a game with this huge amount of content doesn't have a wiki page. I'm originally a Free Cities / Portals of Phereon player, I got most of my information from their wiki.

No, they are balanced by many things. Energy, customer budgets, customers per girl, tip calculations, perks, etc. As I said, the balance is there because the system went (and is still going) through a massive balancing effort, not because of one single variable.

.To explain a little more, the attempt did not follow the TOS of the wiki site. It's quite possible to have a wiki for an adult game, but you have to walk a very, very fine line, and generally not include any actual adult material on the site itself. One of the biggest uses for a wiki is thus likely impractical. It would be great to have a wiki version of the girl pack list, so that we could have illustrations of each girl right beside the pack links. But, as I said, that's hard, if not impossible, to do under the TOS of the wiki sites. Even the links to adult girlpacks may be TOS violations.
So if someone else wants to start a new wiki, definitely a job worth doing, but I suggest that person read TOS very, very carefully and make a major effort to have the site stay within those requirements.
I'm not asking if there's different text every time they fuck a new customer. Princess Trainer's Jasmine has text that refers to the fact that she's Jasmine. Korra in 4E Trainer talks like she's Korra. Something Unlimited has a huge number of girls but Miss Martian is very different from Poison Ivy in dialogue.
Will Gwen Tennyson react differently compared to Pokemon's Cynthia in this game? Or is it all Girl Base A scenes just with different pictures on top. Nothing wrong with the second way of doing things, it's just not for me. DougTheC already answered though.

These games have either a very limited number of girls, or a very limited number of scenes for the girl. They're visual novels. BK is a management game with a thin VN overlay, intended to handle dozens of girls in the brothel and hundreds of girls as candidates for employment. Different things.
You can have quite a bit of customization to a given individual girl pack, but so far, there are maybe two girl packs that actually make use of this system to any significant degree. This requires content makers that BK just doesn't have.
Neither. Text, pictures, event flow, and girls are procedurally generated, so Gwen and Cynthia will most likely act at least somewhat differently and definitely look different. But they will be random, not the Gwen and Cynthia or whoever you know from the shows/comics/games. Not even fanfic versions.
TLDR: This is not a VN. But it is far closer to a VN than any other brothel sim ever.
