Still getting this error even when running in Japanese appLocale

- It says you have an error in your save file somehow?
Delete the "savedata" folder!!!
Note the game cannot be loaded into memory when you delete that folder.
Please tell me if that fixes it?

Didn't work for me. I'm still getting the same error; it also recreates the savadata folder upon launch.

Sorry to ask but - Can you completely delete the folder - and run CCleaner.
Use the Mega download for the game.
Download the file below - extract it into the main game folder - then try again.

okay, i guess i can't simply launch a jap game on my computer. I have the local japanese, not working. I tried an emulator, same problem... I'm from france, windows 10... I don't know, maybe my system doesn't accept the nippons games!

A bit late but, I had the same problem and it was solved when I used locale emulator to run the application as an administrator.
