I actually enjoyed the twins story, I laughed out loud a couple times. It was entertaining, and that's why we're here. Could that time have been better spent on the core game? Maybe. But I enjoyed it.

If you are trying to use the incest patch from the OP to try to play the patreon version it'll be best if you wait for the uncensored version to come out as the patch in the OP is the old patch and will most likely not work right with the newest patreon version.

To use patch files drag and drop the .rpy file into your game folder

Yeah, there are some good games with only five important characters, counting the MC and a friend. It's not a requirement that all girls be romanceable, but when too much time is spent developing a character, chances people will want that character to be romanceable are big.
