Thanks man! I randomly decided to download it again today and it magically worked without a workaround. I noticed recently if I use only The Unarchiver instead of apple's built in thing my stuff is unzipped without issues.

Open Terminal and run this command after navigating to the folder: chmod -R 777 Burning_Fever.app
