Hmmm, I disagree here. If only because the relationship dynamics with a strange man and the woman's own SON are different.

In the former, sex is the most important thing. In the latter, the relationship is.

So no, a guy she is just attracted to having an easier time engaging in a sexual relationship than a son with his mother isn't at all astounding.

Well I have never seen any of the NTR stuff, because I chase after her and pursue that relationship. Considering your angst and detailed info above...you obviously choose ...poorly. Seriously dude, you have to TRY (ON PURPOSE) TO ACHIEVE NTR to get it in this game. So in my little reality the MCs Mom is not anything like what you described and you obviously sought it out.

Go figure a game with choices and consequences..wow shocking.

This situation is just a whole mess, from how the dev has handled it to peoples reactions. Dev being silent isn't helping matters either, no comments since november, but they were on this last week.

The term sexual conquest has been around for centuries in at least the Western world, in virtually all modern context it never means anything more than someone you fucked.

Do not fall into his trap. He is baiting you away from your whole point with definitions of words that do not matter. I agree with you that it is very strangely written that a LI that the MC may be after has to do several nice and helpful steps just to get a chance at some romance or this NPC can come in after one night of being a little rude and taking her to dinner, (I assume he payed for dinner, maybe not) and all of a sudden he is granted access to the kitty, and all you can do is sit back and watch (or not). One might argue that what HE did was far more "Rapey" then anything the mc does to her. So this does seem very out of character from what we learn from her. So it was just badly written or set up as a punishment for those that do not pursue her the right way or placed in there to satisfy those that want to see a women treated badly by a man and still get some, while they sit and watch. Either way I feel if they want to put this kind of event in the game where a LI is banged by another guy, it should at least make since not just thrown in to appease those who want that.

exactly what has happened to me too. any info on this?

Edit:
figured it out, starting clean decompression and cleaning saves from renpy folder does the trick for me

I'm playing from the beginning now and I see that the dev has added changes to the scenes with the MC's mother. Now, after mc's mother second failed date, mc tells her how he feels about her, he asks her why he can't be her boyfriend? etc. And then, we have the choice to try again. Then MC's mother finally understands that MC loves and cares for her and don't think only about sex. And she's sad that she hurt the MC by going on those stupid dates and rejecting his feelings and now she's trying to get him back.

+ while we have the choice to try again, we also have the choice to leave mother alone (for this evening) and try next time. This choice brings us to this mother's stupid 3rd date with this asshole with ntr.

Soo.. for the people who play the game and don't want to see mc's mother with this guy, select ''try again''
