I mean compared to Buzama 2? There were no smaller enemies, just bosses if I remember correctly? Each boss had one win and one loss scene. So you're expecting each minor enemy to have a fully illustrated scene with text? I think that's a bit greedy to ask for. Making the pixel animations themselves is hard enough as is. I'll do my playthrough and edit this if I discover anything that I feel needs to be said.
With all due respect, saying that it's greedy to have expectations like that is an absurd thing to say. The developer could have added illustrations for some or all of the generic enemies, or at least added fail state narrations for them. That was originally the plan before he apparently changed his mind.

Please keep in mind that I actually bought this game and was looking forward to it for a while. There's nothing wrong with being disappointed by it. If you're happy with the amount of content in the game and how it handled things, that's fine, but I do not feel that way at all. This game is stretched too thin in my opinion. In my opinion, this game should have stuck to the boss rush formula like the last two games instead of having all these battle arenas with mobs that he could only do minimal content with.

I understand where you are coming from. But he is a solo creator who does everything himself. I do wish he would hire outside help as well, hell even I could help with some of it. Is it his fault that it's so short? Yes. Is it his fault that he promised too much and ended up not being able to fulfill it? Sure. But you are a consumer and as a fan need to have some sort of empathy for him. If you truly believe that it is a waste of your money to support him, then leave a bad review. Make your voice heard to him.

I'm slightly dissatisfied with the game, I do think the gameplay itself is phenomenal, but so was his last game. It should be expected that each game would get progressively better and I did not see the change in this game compared to the last. I think it's painfully obvious that he took on more than he could handle and had to cut corners so he could get it out within the year. I agree that he should have stuck to the boss rush formula since he is an independent creator, but I do support him for challenging himself and pushing his limits. I think he wanted to try and create something new and refreshing but ultimately couldn't handle the workload. If there was one change that I would say needs to be done is that he needs to focus more on the scenes. 85% of his fans buy his games for the scenes and it felt like this games scenes were even shorter than the last. But I won't go and say this game is a failure. It's still a fun game to play, just missing some parts to it.
