They should just change the name of the game to 'Game of thrones - C-plan' because GoT is alloved in patreon and that contains incest. Or maybe they should ad dragon to this game, maybe dragons and incest is the allowed compo.
It just amazes me why TV-serie with incest is allowed, but game with made up 3D images isn't.

C-Plan v0.04 (80% - on hold*)
*Following our private message to you guys early this month, for now, we decided to focus on re-coding the whole game to comply with Patreon's Community Guidelines and Terms of Services.
We will keep the current characters design, but we might have to change this game's story/narrative. We're also doing some research right now whether to keep the current game engine or to change it. With that being said, the next release will be like a reboot for this project.

Same TBH. I do like what seems to be the overarching plot being built up, but with out the wincest sub text it loses some omph.
I am sure I will at least try out the remake to see if they keep the jist even though the story will have lost its soul.

I have the same username on rpol.net (which technically allows minors in games not marked as adult so it's not strictly an adult forum. I don't run non-adult games though so it's moot), bluemoonroleplaying.com, and elliquiy.com. They don't seem to want to play on site as much on blue moon. rpol has fewer hoops to jump through that the other two, with elliquiy having the worst of the three (they want to make sure you really are adult and you really are dedicated to adult RP)

New engine = project death, I don't play anything but renpy.
change this game's story/narrative = that's why I was playing it & donating in the first place.

He only got killed because he admitted to breaking their TOS, they aren't doing anything to other devs. If they wanted to make some kind of statement they would target bigger devs not someone who has 59 patrons. As I said before in this thread anyone with unren can change the game. Devs can't control what people do with their games once they release them. They aren't punishing him for the incest patch. They are punishing him because he admitted that the game was breaking their TOS.

yeah i'm not really plugged into what is going on with patreon but there are a ton of games on there where the incest is obviously implicit. Those other devs are just careful and smart about it.
Sucks that this game is going to get gutted.
These devs seem pretty good at making games (aside from the clusterfuck with the patreon TOS) so perhaps they can salvage it but the incest angle seemed pretty integral to the story

Right, nothing will ever replace Patreon, once it’s gone, sex games will stop being developed, comedians will stop telling jokes, Executives that took a profitable company and through strong arm tactics got so many lawsuits that the company is gone will have great futures, and everyone will just give up.

Companies rises and fall mostly due to scandals and with the Internet Culture and whats been going on with just this year alone that couldnt be more clear

if these porn game developers wont take alternative actions when its clear Pateron censors creativity for at alteast 3 years now then they deserve to go poof because thats the same as putting your head in the sand

Facts may hurt peoples feelings but avoiding those facts and attacking others isnt going to change their fate just make people have a opinion about them and that will decide how many people will support them in the future

whatever the case i hope this game doesnt die out as it reminds me of the Charmed t.v show that was popular in the mid to late 90s

hopefully lovemilfs will switch subscribestar as that place doesnt censor creativity as of how i know about certain SFM videos that allowed to be on there but not on FuckUeron

Strip all relationships from the game and just use their first names. Those of us that know the game will already know what is going on, we love the game, the story, and have been waiting too long for an update! Those that have no clue will be filled in, If they can't freaking guess...

About another engine, what, the resource pig unity to give us unending black screens, shitty rpgm, vnmaker that covers half the screen with a textbox that can't be hidden or removed? Let's just mark this as another game that could have been epic as of .01 as "abandoned"... (could have been)

That's so disappointing. You know what? I'm out! Not going to keep track of another 're-make' of an ongoing project. Dev's want to learn on the job? Fine! Dev getting shat on by Patreon? That truly sucks! But I am not going to keep an eye on your hardly-half-finished-project. Maybe I will someday come across a new version on here at F95 and check it out then but I doubt I will care at that point.
