Yeah this game is dead boys. The appeal of this type of games is the incest. If he gives us some landlady/roommate bullshit without a patch, no one will care about the game.

It wasn't the incest patch, there are way bigger devs that have fan made incest patches and patreon doesn't do anything. I kinda sound like a broken record at this point, but the reason he has to change his game is because he admitted to patreon that his game was breaking TOS. Summertime saga has an incest patch, and the dev doesn't have anything to do with it, do you think they will demand DarkCookie to recode his entire game because someone on this forum made a patch? If patreon wanted to make a statement they wouldn't go after some small dev that no one really knows about.

it WAS the incest patch that landed them in this situation, they directly linked people to the patch on Patreon and on F95 meaning they can be directly linked to content in the game that breaks ToS, if they would have just not promoted the patch like every other developer there wouldn't be any problems, but they did and now they have to pay the price.

That is basically what I said. It wasn't the fact that the patch existed that got him in trouble, it was the dev being dumb and breaking their TOS right in front of their eyes.

Ok yeah if the patch didn't exist he wouldn't have posted a link to it on his patreon page and he wouldn't have gotten in trouble. At the end of the day the only reason he got in trouble is because he decided to break their TOS and link the patch on patreon. If he didn't do that he would be fine. But by doing that he admitted to patreon that he was involved with the patch.

Previous page incest issues, high price patreons.
In my mind, working with games today is very complicated.
You have to have a good team, and keep in mind that the world crisis is complicated for every middle class down.
It is usually the middle class that invests in game purchases, and supports developers.
The rich do not live in crisis and do not waste time spending money for nothing.
So every developer these days should think twice or more before starting a game by making promises they can't keep.
If these, like many others, have parked, it is because they are no longer receiving money from supporters, life is in crisis, friend, it is time to save and not time to invest in something that merely gives you pleasure for so little.

Patreon is fucking us over with all their political correctness crap. Better to just look elsewhere and fuck patreon.
Delete the current patron account, create a new one, say that you took over the game from Lovemilfs and continue the game as it is without the incest patch.

They should just change the name of the game to 'Game of thrones - C-plan' because GoT is alloved in patreon and that contains incest. Or maybe they should ad dragon to this game, maybe dragons and incest is the allowed compo.
