No need to worry, work on the real game continues. I managed to decompile another Ren'Py game and have been analysing the code. Should sort out 90% of the challenges I will have in coding the next version. In parallel have been working on the room design that will be used extensively in the main game. Adjusting textures / lighting to achieve highly quality efficient renders. Some of the room designs are in the spoiler below. Feel free to give feedback.
PS: Lighting is the key to any render. I experimented with internal iray camera for the room setups, however the more complex emissive scene with the external space HDRI produced better results. Also added external emissive sphere to give highlights that correspond to the relevant space HDRI.

If you are really into aliens and sci-fi you should check my next game trailer, it is not out yet unfortunately, but well you can keep your eyes up anyway.

Thanks for your efforts in creating signatures for the VN I have created.
Well technically there are 3 redheads in the game. No matter which one you prefer, there is some content that will peak your interest.
On another note, have been doing some quick testing of dforce hair / wet skin geoshell, for the bathroom scene renders I will be working on soon.
PS: I did a full body render as well, however thought it best to keep it to myself for the moment. Don't want to ruin you for all other alien hotties.

Is there enough content in this v0.1 version, or should I wait to sink my teeth in until v0.2 or v0.3 in your opinion ?

It's a pretty packed prologue build w/o interactive elements ... but definitely worth a look.
Many gorgeous ladies and fun to read.
It's worth downloading 0.1 as the game is changing design (more open world) and the content in 0.1 (prologue) will not be contained in 0.2.

Great first update. Much longer than I thought it would be. Story and setting was interesting and graphics were great.
There were couple typos but since I didn't write them down I already forgot what. Hmm, other one might have been they're typoed to their? My only complaint is that two girls lost their pony/twintails. Hairstyle to which I have little fetish.
I'm eagerly waiting for sequel. Btw, best spacesuits I've ever seen 8)

I am happy you enjoyed the prologue. In reference to the pony / twintails, I liked them myself, however they presented some issues.
Firstly Tiffany's original ponytail is same asset as what is used on Kara. I made a decision to create some variance between characters and wrote it into the story. The Tiffany hair style is not concluded and I think you will like the aesthetic / storyline result that will be seen in the next version.
In terms on Lia's twin pony tails (Marigold asset), it was simply impractical to use this asset for a game. The asset looks good, however is horrific to pose. After posing each separate ponytail link for about 20 renders it was driving me insane, hence the change.
PS: Currently doing the baseline renders for the interface (~300 or so). Following that on to the storyline / event renders.
Great beginning, I found it very engaging, great to look at and the story so immersive that the sexual content became secondary to wanting to know what's going to happen next to the characters, which is very rare to find.
