Well it's a temporary ending so no spoiler but expect changes when perv decide if he wants to call the game finished or not.

It was iffy as of recent on that stance. I forgot word for word but he said something that could be implied that he may work on it again. The idea was to make it more moddable so us mod creators will be able to continue the game. That's what he said on discord like a month or two ago.

Too bad man...After my old HDD is broken and I lost everything in it (of course with this game's save ) I really want a gallery mode

Unclear if this was actual development or merely fan work, but irrelevant now.
I think I seen perv say something about it on discord that confirms working on design for strip club and other stuff. That post probably is made by him. Best way to know though is go to the discord page and interact. I'm not exactly sure how they handle normal people though as I almost immediately got to working on creating mods for this game when I joined the server.
Also as a follow up, one of the thing that was implied was that he may complete the strip club portion along with the mod support part. He did say that it might actually be a free dlc instead though. (He called it a mod by the game developer but from my understanding, that's a dlc)
Pretty sure it was fan work and not anything official.

Hello! Good day/Night for everyone. I just wanted to say that Im a moderator at the Discord server, and because of it I feel personally honored that so many people still follow the game and keep talking about it.
To quickly answer some common questions; No, Perv isn't going to continue working in the game, or at least, thats what it looks like, and while Im just as sad as everyone, we have to understand the reasoning behind his choise. But hey!Its not all bad.
After looking at the thread I noticed that someone posted a Mega link with some of our mods, but if you are still craving for things to do, you can join the Discord to find new mods in it!, most of them are re skins, yes, but we recently got ourselves a modder that enjoys modifying this game for fun, as for know he managed to create new mobs from old ones, and give them special properties along with special debuffs. He barely made an overhaul for The Shack, but with it, he turned into one of the most engaging maps to play in.
I guess what Im trying to say is, that we would love to have more members, even if you don't talk much, because it would allow you to keep in touch with the modding scene and even talk to Perv himself every now and then, so if you feel like it, please do so!

If the game is dead and Perv isn't continuing (which seems likely), at least he produced a "full" version, no? I mean, most games get one level then die on its arse after getting $3000 in patreon donations. At least if this is the end, he gave everyone a functioning game with an ending. It could've been way worse. This way we get the rare "porn game closure". :3

Fine, went hunting and found a few prototypes/unlisted mods that slipped through the cracks, adding them to the mod pack.
There are singular, isolated assets floating in the modding channel of the discord, but they're not worth reuploading in their raw form.
