It --- my gaawwwd... Are we really doing this?
First off, the World is from Assassins Creed, it's stolen, no stock assets.. lol. No doubts! (From AC:O)
The sounds are 1:1 copied, at least some. Start both games, compare. Same. (From Wild Life)
The animations are the very same, especially Idles and initiate-Animations for walking, running and for talking. (From Wild Life)
Textures for the Dicks, 'stolen'. (From Wild Life)
The Meshes for the bodies are the same, that's why they cut off their heads and slapped some poorly animated facemasks on it! Get a program for that, take a look.

Be my guest and check it yourself. ^^
That stuff from Wildlife MAY come from stock assets, but the AC:O stuff surely does not.
The reason why, in my opinion, concluding that the rest is stolen too..
I mean.. They rip off a map from AC:O.. And Animations from WL.. But then pay for all the other stock assets? nah, man. Just nah. You get where i'm going with this.

I shot the devs of wildlife a few tweets and "Proofs" of what i know is a fact. Time will tell.
I can't believe you're on a pirating forum taking the stealing of assets seriously.

i found that it's not hard to rip UE4 models/Animations
i made a quick test with wild life and it worked

i didn't apply the materials , that's why the characters leak their original colors !

Great! now you can get the female models of both games and compare their topology so we can see if the claims are true.
That will be a little hard, as you can see i got over 34360 files and you need to find the correct parts of the correct character and to merge them (hair - skeleton - cloth - costumes - etc...), it will take the whole day just to setup all the characters and give them their proper materials
.

Found 2 pink sex scene markers but no npc or object to interact with, one near an enemy camp fire in some ruined pillars and another near an enemy camp with the cat lady slaves. Is this a bug or is it because my low end laptop can't render them properly?

it could be an enemy marker, they tend to look alike on low res. I should know lol. How many scenes have you found so far?

Okay where to start... I can't believe I'm refuting claims on a piracy forum but I'm a member of the art team on Carnal Instinct and I made the bulk of the assets that you think we ripped. I'm more than happy to post screencaps of source files and topology (though honestly it feels a little bit cringe that I even need to given how different things actually are). But I think I need multiple posts or something before I can link things - someone please clarify for a forum noob.

We adopted the same pipeline as AC: Odyssey for our pillars and tiling assets, and the Tomb Raider pipeline for blocks etc. We aimed to match quality where we could, but I'm calling bullshit that you can post a single screenshot showing a ripped 3d asset or texture. The character heads are built on top of meshes I made literally years ago - some of which are still visible on my FA - and the body uses a modified marketplace asset as a base.

Everything we've put into the game (excluding marketplace stock assets) was built between March 2020 - November 2020. It started as a lockdown project (and in fact was originally demonic themed). We have taken a lot of inspiration and design cues from AC:O, but we've not got any ripped content from any game (WL or ACO included). Most SFX are currently marketplace stock (don't blame us that WL uses the same stock audio). As I say, I'll post images, source files, etc once the post limit allows.

I know it's odd for me to post here as a dev - but I know piracy is a thing and have obviously pirated content myself, I just despise the unfounded accusation that my work is somehow someone elses. If someone does rip the assets and compare then please do post results here - please don't take the armchair experts word as gospel.

Anyway, I know you didn't pay for it but I still really hope you enjoy the game - not everyone has cash to spare on things like this and I'm just glad people are playing our stuff.

A fellow low ender I see. Yep I checked again they were enemy markers, my bad. I found two and can't find that sand zombie scene for the life of me. I've been running around for half an hour now.

The game's world is a 1:1 filerip of the AC Origins world.
We built the world from scratch in UE4, there is nothing ripped from AC:O. Some areas are influenced by exisiting designs, be they in IRL Egypt, AC:O, Witcher3, etc. Even where things are similar nothing is 1:1 - so you can actually evidence that or it's literally in the realm of "my Dad could beat up Bruce Lee" claims.

Here are some of my substance designer spaghetti (for the stonework throughout)....

here are the wireframes for the key pillars and masonry elements...

here is the zbrush sculpts for the large pillar top...

Damn, I've never played AC:O, but that's why the world seems so well constructed for an alleged "Pre-Alpha".
The game is so well constructed as we're all game developers in our "real" lives. We've worked on a huge range of titles, many AAA names you'd immediately recognise. None of us is stupid enough - having been inside the tent - to rip content from published games. We know what legal departments are like.

The one GIF that shows the Menu-Char twitching her head is the exact same animation btw. The idle?
The birds and the breeze sounds are the exact same files. compared them 1:1
Most of the meshes for bodies are the exact same 1:1

Before you start arguing, check the facts, bruh.
Like for, compare it yourself and stop "guessing" ^^
Animations include hand-authored content and the UE4 marketplace female mocap pack used by...
- Wild Life
- Breeders of the Nephalim
- That horse porn game made by breaking the quiet guy
- Literally every indie dev with a female character

Stock assets exist in indie and AAA alike, we cannot mocap every animation ourselves. See my other post for more on this.

As for cocks I've seen mentioned elsewhere in here...

Please also refrain from going into game dev - my work is good but not even close to what you're confusing it with (Jonathan Benainous is a fucking god).

Nice game .Have potential. If you are like me and thought there should be a block or parry command in combat. Shift is a modifier key. So If you press shift+right mouse you do a parry. The parry is with the sword eguipped. A enemy dropped a shield and it can parry too.

You have no idea how glad I am you decided to refute these allegations. I knew that no one would be that "brave" (read "stupid") as to rip files from a AAA company for monetary gains, but a lot of people are saying the same thing without giving any proof whatsoever outside of "they look passingly similar". I guess now we can put this issue at ease, huh, Daekas?

Anyway, I love the work you've done with this project, nothing looks out of place whatsoever despite others having an issue with the aesthetics. I won't pry into the team's previous endeavors, but I gotta ask, how come a bunch of extremely talented individuals with history in the industry came together to create a project that's so "sensitive", we'll call it. Why not work on a more mainstream type of game, without the spicy element? Surely that will bring in more attention and subsequently, financial support?
With that said, I wish you and the team fortune and success in realizing this project, regardless of your choices. It's certainly become my favorite one to root for thus far :)

Btw, off-topic, which horse porn game were you talking about?

echo3dx I like how your entire proof was that you remodeled some objects.
The world is still a 1 to 1 match with the one from AC:O. It isn't difficult to add elements of your own design to an empty world made by another company.
I'm not convinced.
I have been asking this so many times from these same claims, which region in AC:O is this alleged ripped map on? I would like to see for myself, but so far no one has given me a straight answer where this "ripped world" is!
Also, again, I don't think anyone would be stupid enough to rip files from a company as big as Ubisoft and not expect heavy legal repercussions.
