it's really only the very beginning of the game to me each characters backstory is fine, the story arc is fine, but those beginning MC meeting Asmedia and Herameal was wooden, as in stiff, it just rolled over everything it seemed leading to the MC going "this is my life now" it just lacked depth, more talking between characters, not even more scenes just more dialogue to build up rapport between them and more resistance on herameal, tension is made during this for it to be dropped instantly.
I am glad to have played it out because it gets much better after that...though for some reason herameal makes me keep reading it as hormel, like the chili brand
Okay, now I get it, I understand the problem, the initial part seems a little taken up quickly.
This was mainly caused by the rework after the build 0.5.
I could add an extra piece to make that part cleaner, and I can do that without a problem.
I dont see any problem with mc.This game is perfect as it is.
I'm glad to hear that, but unfortunately I can't have the same mentality.
If I did, I wouldn't be able to improve the game, so it would always stay the same and behind.
There are lots of other games that do better than me, whether they came out before or after, which means there's still something I'm missing.

I just want to put in my thoughts on this for a sec. I personally like the looks of the mc, but what I think the previous poster might mean (and I might be wrong here) is maybe like a super powered look maybe? Perhaps kinda like stages like how his eyes now change when he uses his powers, perhaps his appearance changes a bit more with the more of his powers he uses in a situation. At least that is what I think they mean.
I for one think it wouldn't be too bad of an idea to have like for instance when he is just having regular interactions with people he looks like how he has now, when he uses stuff like portals his eyes change, but say if he were in an epic fight he changes a bit more, maybe something not too drastic like perhaps some cool looking armour and his hair changing colour a bit. Something anime-esk if you get what I am saying. The draw back on this though would be the realistic approach on how to develop this/code it into the game. Honestly if the time taken to make this would hinder the time spent on actual character development for the MC and his girls and furthering the plot, then it might be better off without it. Plus Hellgames from your previous posts it seems like you already are putting yourself on quite a strenuous work schedule. Random stuff like various requests from different posters and trying to please all of them might end up being detrimental to you in the long run.
I get it you care about your game and player feedback and are trying to make it the best you can, but adjusting it to random requests versus actual content critique could end up damaging it. In the end like I said before I am already satisfied with how the MC looks, what I want to see now more is how his character progresses and more of that whole balance between light and dark personality thing he has going on.
Let's say that the more you go on with the plot, the more the mc will change and the more it will have effects on his body, we started with the eyes, but it will continue to undergo changes or unblocking of something during the story, of course with its normal appearance on normal days and the other when using Etheria.
Anyway, don't worry, constructive comments that can improve the game are always well appreciated.

For the latest events, the MC practically doesn't want to force people to follow him in a dangerous game, he didn't want to from the beginning and yet he's trying to do something.
The more we go on, the more he'll change, having, like, two shapes, the normal human one and the one where he uses Etheria.
