Netorare is incompatible with sharing/swinging. Add the swinging tag instead.
Mmm... it's not my intention to start a discussion or anything. I think the game could have Netorare, Netori, Netorase, and Sharing/swinging taggs.
- Netorare: The protagonist, the protagonist's partner, the protagonist's crush and the protagonist's male best friend all enter into physical relationships with other people and come to prefer them over time.
- Netori: The protagonist seduces his crush (who is already in a relationship) in a very "beta/simp way/style", who consequently cheats on her boyfriend. Also, a secondary character does this to the protagonist's girlfriend.
- Netorase: The protagonist enjoys his crush having sex with his best friend, in front of him, without participating. Later, he also starts fantasizing about his girlfriend being with another man. Finally, he... big spoiler alert... gets turned on after his best friend confesses to him his girlfriend cheated on him with him, and asks him to continue doing so.
- Sharing/swinging: As mentioned, the protagonist willingly shares both his crush and his girlfriend with other men. At the same time, he's very willing to "be shared" by his crush... and his girlfriend (behind her back, if that counts).

I have so many things to unpack. Okay, first of all, let me say that I like aspects of this game, I like the interaction between Scarlett and the MC and Damon, I like their weirdly sexual friendship. It's really obvious that while Scarlett is more physically attracted to Damon she's also very much into the teasing and showing off for the MC, and he's really into the voyeurism as well. Honestly I feel like it could be a good weird throuple if it weren't for the fact that all three of them are cheating on their partners.
Which brings me to my next point... the MC's biggest failings is not the fact that he's skinny and has bad stamina. His failures are all with his morals and character. He's not a good person, honestly he's a really shitty person and IRL would probably be posting on incel forums.
A list of the really shitty things he does:
- Constantly lusts after his female friend while having a girlfriend, but convinces himself that this is "okay" and "normal."
- Cheats on his girlfriend with by having a threesome with his crush and best friend.
- Watches his girlfriend get drugged, and then almost raped by two shady guys, without any intention of going in to help. If it wasn't for Damon jumping in he would've just kept watching.
- While his GF is still unconscious after being drugged and he STARTS HAVING SEX WITH HER. Yeah, this is rape.
The game seems to think that his biggest flaw is being unable to get Michelle to cum. That's ridiculous, his biggest flaw is that he's an asshole who decided to rape his unconscious GF after she was almost raped by two other guys. And instead the game completely lets him off the hook because Michelle doesn't remember anything, and doesn't seem to care that she woke up in MC's bed with him already penetrating her.
This is the part about the MC that infuriates me. Not him being weak or unconfident, just the straight fact that he's not a good person and is only motivated by how horny he is. I know it's a porn game and all but it's really hard to root for this kind of character.

Yes, I think the loveliest character is Michelle. I agree when you say MC is an asshole. I never intended to make him likable but a "realistic" ordinary high school student. Most people aren't good even though they think they are. I would even go further to say Scarlett and Damon are awful people too.
I wouldn't say MC is a villain, but definitely someone evil, at least during most of the story. I would find it hard to make a game with a "good-hearted" protagonist. I kind of hate them. :v

You don't have to make him good, my main issue is that the game seems to condone his behavior. For example, the Michelle scene at the end of this update.
Michelle seemed to be MOST bothered by the MC's inability to get her to cum. Not the fact that he was fucking her while she was unconscious, not the fact that he doesn't seem to care about her other than for sexual relief, not the fact that he's been emotionally and literally cheating on her (although granted she doesn't know that yet.)
Michelle, and by extension the game/author, seems to say from this scene "If the MC was exactly the same shitty person, but BETTER AT SEX, he would have a good life."
And that feels a little fucked up. My suggest on how to give it a few tweaks:
1) Make Michelle a bit more bothered/uncomfortable to wake up to the MC already fucking her. Have her say try to say no, because she's still confused, but the MC either ignores her or pressures her.
2) Have Michelle suggest that the MC eat her out some more after he fails to make her cum, and then have the MC refuse. Make it clear that him not being able to get her to orgasm is less to do with his physical ability and more because he doesn't care enough, or him being too obsessed with the toxic masculinity ideas that a real man needs to do it with his cock.
We know the story is going to lead to the point where Michelle cheats on the MC. The reason she does it when that happens really shouldn't just be "because the MC isn't hot/good at sex." The reason she cheats should be because the MC doesn't care about her and is a bad person. Because THAT feels more satisfying to say that he deserves it.
