50 is the secret hat ending that you can get by taking off all the hat in the tutorial part where they explain the part with the driving around the map. at least I believe so, around 80% sure
38 is literally fucking the tomboy called "cuckolding is for bullies" at least I believe so since it's in the area where the tomboy story progression is.

- I haven't been able to find the strip club, what unlocks it?
- I finished all the Criminal jobs, but my stealing and pickpocketing are still only 5. How do I raise them more, I still can't do all of Hannah's date options yet.
- I fucked Taylor in the ass in gym but I don't have the option to talk to Chloe about it. Is this a bug?
