iirc: during the driving tutorial, click on the hats on GDS' head
if you miss during tutorial:
-close and open the game
-on the main menu keep clicking on the GDS avatar until it runs out of the screen
-now load a save file that has finished the tutorial and the achievement should pop up

Nice game.
The gameplay is solid, the action is hot.
The CG modeling is well done.
The freckle girl is the pocket.
And the dialogue is actually clever enough IMO.
Sometimes porn game dialogue can be as klunky as people trying to say anything in a porno.
But this seems closer to erotica. That takes a specific effort.
