Somewhere in the next three months (initial release was in July), I'd guess. The dev pumps out huge updates, but there's always a couple of months between updates. Still, it's worth the wait!

To find foxy u need to drive at day time to hotel, try to read what is written when u spy on her in window and shower after learning how to do it from nerds.

After a couple of Chloe events at school, she won't have scenes there anymore. So you can still choose to spend time with her during the week, but there isn't any content.

You can still, of course, date her and go to her strip club performances.

When you're at the strip club while Chloe is performing, just ask for all the sex options. You've already gotten achievement 46 ("Not-Chloe's little show I"), so there are still 3 more options you can choose with her. All of them do cost some money though
