That is something doesn't exists and never did or will. Politicians are politicians because they are thieves with power validated by people. A company, executives, are business people, so they do business which is they sell things and others buy, there is NO force or violent actions. You don't like the PRODUCT, you don't buy it, the executives lost. If a company becomes google for example, that is because POLITICIANS are helping them and making deals with them, using political means (laws, regulations, subsidies) which is the case with for example google. Or facebook as we all know. Money has no power, power is in the metal, the gun. A government calls out google as an evil company and google is out of the game. No government EVER had less power than a company because STATE is power, not economy or market means.
Police and "corporate mercenaries". If those exist, then the corporations doesn't exists as it is not a legitimate corporations, no one would allow an illegal corporation. The corporations would enter in a war with government or populations in which will lose just because of the numbers. Also today politicians use private security since police is always crappy and it is that way because politicians don't care about it, they hold power and public services are always bad.
When people make political backgrounds in stories and games they should at the least get facts right, otherwise it looks like a pamphlet or some kind of socialist propaganda.
