This guy decided to quit his day job and become a full-time game dev although he never set a goal in Patreon promising so.
That stands in sharp contrast with some other people who lie, never keep their promises, and rip off their supporters. You all have an idea who we might be talking about.

Well, considering the quality of his games Philly was already a pro, now he's just a full-time dev also. Congrats to him and let's hope it's for the best

I doubt anybody will be translate a 3hr video for you. Have you tried the "Subtitle" feature of Youtube? It works pretty well!
Open the video link in Youtube, click on "Settings", and change "Subtitles/CC" to "Auto Translate" --> any language you're familiar with. Then play the video and click on the "CC" next to settings.
Although I've no issues understanding English, I tried German subtitles and they're are very much "on point".
