I think mostly of the girls from COBD shares the same body model, and Philly just morph them to look different from each other. I think sharing the same body model is pattern for DAZ compatibility with acessories and wearings, otherwise, with different body model format, it could glitch the DAZ assets.

I don't think the same body model was used. Philly morphed the girls a lot to match what he was looking for, but the starting point for each of them was a different DAZ model.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe you won't have any compatibility issues as long as you use the correct version of DAZ models and assets.
