Correct me if I'm wrong, but Katie's area of expertise is medicine, not the complicated SF shit that helped make those high-tech toys and the augment program, so I think that her creating a limiter for Gloria's powers is waay above her paygrade. Plus, she specifically says that the EMP bomb, or explosion, or whatever she did there after Henry died to beat the Red Moon's mechanical, hypocritical ass drastically shortens her lifespan, so yeah, ain't no limiter that can do jack shit to prevent that or allow her to safely use her abilities from what we've seen so far. It doesn't mean Philly can't pull some SF shit out of his ass to make it happen tho.

We'll just have to wait patiently and see how things go for our heroes and how the story ends.

Katie was shown in the story to basically be an expert on pretty much anything the story needed her to be. You think clinicians are the same as forensic medical examiners? It is all sci-fi bs. The limiter is not anymore above her pay grade than anything else. The limiter was explained to help control abilities and Katie herself said the dangerous part about her powers is when she can't control it and ends up passing out. The limiter limits output of Henry's strength to only what his body can take. That is why he removed it at the end so he would be even stronger before dying. The limiter could just do the same thing for Gloria make it so she doesn't go past the safe use of her powers.

Which means, the fact that there is not much of dicks in COBD, we can't exclude the "share" variable. Because, Philly could maybe planning that variable with females characters.

My numbers may be a bit off since I just got back home about 20 minutes ago and just getting situated again after being gone for two days. But, I believe we are at 1102 renders and made some nice animations bringing that up to 82.
Probably gonna do some catch up work tomorrow as well since I want to do a few customs next week as well.
