i completely replayed it and made sure with the walkthrough mod to choose every negative option for katie and i still end up at the same place where gloria tells me you love katie i feel bad now.

Is this happening in chapter 12 or in the final chapter 15?

By your explanation of events it seems that happens in chapter 12 and that only happens if you locked on Katie's path, do you get a choice with Katie in chapter 12 where the options are: Yes, tell her how you feel / On second thought . If you pick the first you lock onto Katie path and after when you speak with Gloria she will say something like "And I know you are in love with Katie". Even after "rejecting" Katie you have interactions with Victoria and Gloria also in chapter 12, there is a series of choices depending on the score of Victoria/Ellen/Gloria with opportunity to lock into their paths, also depending on a few past choices. It is much easier to see them if you check the pdf walkthrough in the OP or if you search MrBubu pdf walkthrough but I can give you a glimpse of it with a few screenshots I'll put on a spoiler bellow.
It is kind of complex to give you an explanation of all events lol This is a heavy choice based game, I also used the scrappy multi mod and didn't had troubles to lock on Gloria path on my Gloria playthrough.

The consequence of having a deep story is that the sex often gets in the way. This was certainly the case in the second half of this, when the MC ran through half a lifetime of pussy, and it made any choice of LI to the exclusion of others nonsensical.

They would've done well to finish this in 2 or 3 fewer updates, and cutting back on some redundant sex would've helped.

Chandra was always going to end up being a side piece- it's how she was set up from the start- just as Sonja was always set up to be nothing but the ex, backslide notwithstanding.

I would speculate that the dev has grander plans for Chandra in a continuance of this saga and needed to keep her unhitched.

That said, this was brilliant.

I wish Sasha was a proper LI in the game. I think that could've been a cool avenue to explore. But I also kind of understand why it didn't happen from a story point of view. Still, she does look so darn hot.

amazing game. kinda lost some momentum after henry died and they were on the run. I don't get the hate, you could kinda see that the game had emphasis on victoria or grace as the main LIs. They were the needle movers. Every other side piece got a tiny bit of action as a nice sendoff.

One of the few high rated games on the front page to finish within my lifetime.

if really reads fast and doesn't admire images and animations then can finish game in 30 hrs on 1 path, playing other paths adds another 30 hrs per path (if doesn't skip seen scenes). but with that speed can't really enjoy from game so i'd day 75ish hrs per path.

I don´t don´t think it was, but I would assume she´s the same age as Chandra, so around 18/19.

I always assumed Chandy was 18. "Aren't you glad I'm legal now?". Sure I guess she could be older but she seems 18 on the nose to me. I also wish she had an actual ending. She doesn't seem like a main LI to me, unless I missed it somehow.

Edit: I also think it's strange/a bug that you can say "one last time" to her at the end even if you have never even touched her. My solo playthroughs were 100% solo and it still seems like my MC was sleeping with her.

Assuming and just adding a check for it are very different approaches. If they haven't it makes no sense. They have clearly known each other since she was at least sixteen and before Abby got GDS, so that is a given really. But the sex is optional from the get-go, though she still has a set of scores in the main UI so if she is just a side piece why have her there at all? That's like adding Shanlon or Venus to the list. For that matter does Gloria even have an ending of her own. Someone the MC is inexplicably liked to and the entire story revolves around? I haven't tried a solo of her yet to know.

If you sleep with them all you still ultimately have to pick one, (or maybe no one, haven't tried yet) or a very limited set of two depending on your choices during the game. If you are sleeping with them all, and kind of even if you aren't, you can still tell one of the three that you love them at the end if their points are high enough. It's pretty sloppy I think. It just feels like an end game "choose what ending you want" button.

Just finished first blind playthrough and ended up with Gloria. So can confirm that yes she does have an ending.

If you are sleeping with them all, and kind of even if you aren't, you can still tell one of the three that you love them at the end if their points are high enough. It's pretty sloppy I think. More casual AVNs can get away with the "date multiple LIs that are okay with you being non-exclusive until the L-bomb is dropped", but CoBD is sold as a more narrative focused adventure - and that kinda implies pursuing a singular LI throughout the story. This isn't a major L, mind you, but yet another strange occurrence in an otherwise great AVN.

Seems to be a common trope in AVNs, but I find it best solved by just focusing on one from the jump. Definitely makes the story feel more cohesive. For the most part the game doesn't disregard your choices and give you dialogue like you are sleeping with everyone, unlike others I've tried.
